The room is quite good big..im travelling with my wife and my son less than 1 years old. They gave me 2 bed..1 queen bed and single bed..

Heater not working properly.. the room is cold. And I got penalty for parking on the street. I didnt get inform that i need to pay for the parking. So foreigners better pay attention for the parking there

cleanliness zero, willingness to prepare room little earlier zero, we did not stay any night, after watching so dirty beddings we left

The staff was kind to give us a slight discount because the rooms ( we booked for 8 people) weren't available for 3 hours after our check-in time.

We arrived and the rooms were not ready. They offered to give us keys to uncleaned rooms and we could stay in them if we wanted to but honestly, that did not make any sense at all. They also give out a form where you have to agree to sign up to their marketing services, which breaks the regulations of GDPR in Europe.

Only thing good about this hotel is the receptionist who was kind and gave us a free water bottle.

The smell of the rooms, everything is very old but old is not problem. The problem is that everything was very dirty and smell bad. From the toilet to the bed sheets. everything was disgusting I had to put my personal towel in the pillow so I could sleep some hours. There were spiders in the room. Also the price was not fair for the quality offered. After the night in this hotel we decided to change and there were hotels for the same price that offer very clean rooms and closer to city center.
