The fact that I got upgraded to a clean room.

Staff, food, pool, cleanliness , outdated rooms, the price, air conditioning is so bad!

just returned from a weekend away with friends and was slightly concerned with the bad reviews we read from prievious customers but i must say we had no problems at all upon check in we were upgraded for free to all inclusive from just bed and breakfast which was a great start and much appreciated , the rooms were lovely very spacious very clean and smelt fresh , the pool area may be a little small but big enough for us to soak up the sun and take a refreshing dip when needed , the food was nice with plenty of choice , on the whole i thought it was a nice place to stay and pretty good for a hotel in benidorm very happy and fun weekend

Great hotel stayed 2 day , big room clean tidy and perfect for what we needed. Highly recommended

The staff were really nice and helpful and that was about all I could say that was good.

Room really need modernizing and bathroom dirty! Toilet bowl had brown stains! Bed bases were ripped and in a bad state.
