Mooie locatie en goed ontbijt

De ligging van was leuk. Aan klein parkje en in het centrum. Nuenen zelf een leuk plaatsje .
Hotelkamer niet schoon. Stoffig, vuile handdoeken lagen nog op badkamer en wc duidelijk niet schoon gemaakt . Om 0200 uur wakker gemaakt door dronken gasten (waarschijnlijk afkomstig van een feest) waarvan er 1 met een fles wijn luid lallend over de gang liep te zwalken., en de ander over de gang liep te roepen dat ze iemand kwijt was. Beiden aangesproken , maar ook na aanspreken nog zeker 1,5 uur overlast gehad van luid praten op de gang en slaan met deuren . Kamers erg gehorig , en zodoende niet geslapen . Waardeloos ! Geen receptie aanwezig in de nacht / late avond , je kunt via een hek en achterdeur naar binnen na sluitingstijd . Zodoende dus ook geen toezicht , waardoor dit soort dingen gebeuren .

Not our first stay and we chose the Hotel for the location. The breakfast was good and thee room was comfortable. Nice fluffy towels were appreciated.
We were disappointed that the room was not serviced very well eg coffee sugar and milk not topped up, used cups and saucers not washed, shower door not cleaned. We were in the Suite Vincent and there was no door on the bathroom which we found uncomfortable. Despite the fact that quite a few guests were staying at the Hotel, the bar closed at 9pm! We also thought the food was expensive, so we ate at other restaurants in the park area. It wasn't as good as our last stay about 4 years ago.

GOOD LOCATION BUT NOT VERY COMFORTABL
THE FLOOR OF THE SHOWER WAS VERY SLIPERY AND FOR ME LIFE THREATENING.
THE STAFF SAID I WAS THE FIRST TO COMPLAIN AND DID EVERYTHING TO REMEDY THE PROBLEM (RUBBER BATH MAT AND TOWELS).

Clean, staff wnated to help, restaurant quite good
heating through a reversible air conditionning with a fan that must be on all the time, otherwise no heating. For my second night they provided a portable heater which was good. The room is large but not really cosy. bathroom very big but tiny shower, no door at the bathroom, no heating in the bathroom. Very few power plugs in the room. Impossible to charge your phone cllose to the bed. According to the high price, I expected a better standard

I was room nr 102 !! The personal have respekt! The room its with air conditioner!! Ab 9uhr bis 20 uhr automatic air refresh the room!

It is a central location in this village. Parking is available for free a couple of hundreds metres away. At night it is quiet, no noise will disturb the night rest. The room is very clean. Very friendly personell. Nice breakfast buffet.
The room is small. The window can only be opened for a few centimetres. Do not use the fan because it is very noisy. The lamps above the bed are placed oddly, when you lay down or get out of bed, you bump into them. The elevator is extremely slow, for two levels it took so long that I thought it was stuck. In the morning, being located on the third floor, walking down the stairs, I could not pass the door to the second floor, because the cleaning lady had fixed it into a position that did not allow to pass it. But after a call somebody came to "free" me from that position.

since i could not check-in before 9.00pm i sent an email to the hotel and got the phone number of the night person who came to let me in. that was very much appreciated. room was small and essential with a very nice shower and very confortable bed. breakfast is well made with plenty of choice. i would certainly reccommend it
in my bedroom it was not possible to open the window and that was a pity because it overlooks the piazza and the church and some fresh air would have been appreciated....

It is the kind of hotel without too many pretensions but where you can find a clean and comfortable bed, a good shower and a good restaurant.
All accompanied by a very friendly staff.

Lovely hotel, nice staff, pretty village, bars and restaurants closeby.
When the bars on the street close, a lot of sound travels up to the rooms. We had the poor luck of sharing the floor with a group of friends spread over a few rooms, that were loud in the hallways (rooms themselves well-isolated, but sounds from the hall come in very clearly). Those kept me up for a good 2 hours with going to neighbouring rooms, loud knocking on each other's doors, spending more time than absolutely necessary in the hall etc. So apart from street sounds nothing wrong with the hotel, but a rather poor stay nevertheless because of our neighbours.
