You can describe a room how you like but to class it as superior is a little stretching the truth. Tiny bathroom, small bedroom, could hear every noise in the corridor, Nespresso capsules had not been replenished for stay. Just adding slippers and a spare pillow should not make it 4*. Very underwhelming. Also the lift was shared by the staff. Went for a drink at the bar - two staff in attendance and two customers and after ten minutes of waiting I gave up.

The hotel is in a very good location. We can say that it is in the heart of London. I stayed in a single room, yes the room was small but it met all my needs. The cleaning was very good. My room was clean every day. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was working very well. I stayed here for three nights and will definitely stay here on my next trip to London.

The only disadvantage was that there was no mini refrigerator in the single room

The rooms are very small and i can hear everything going on outside so no soundproof/ i got two bed rooms that had hot AC and the third room the AC make noisy sounds. I tried ordering blankets but instead they give me a plastic blanket i cant even say that its a blanket .

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Breakfast delicious. Location is perfect. Close to shops and the underground tube.

The elevator is small and slow. We used the stairs. Whole we were ok with using the stairs, it was not convenient for persons with disabilities, families with babies or older people.

Rooms were a little small and very noisy, showers were great water pressure and temperature control but too tiny. Lucky I am a small girl but I felt for anyone over 6ft.

Our twin single room was extremely small and really only sufficient to accommodate one person. We had to ask for extra pillows as there was only one each. The shower was dreadful, little more than a dribble which was either scalding or freezing so completely unusable. We asked for a wake up call at 06.45 and it never arrived. I reported all these issues to staff and was simply told “ we’ll look into it”. No apology made and no offer to reduce the bill.

The location is the best. The room was clean and every day we have got bottles if mineral water.

The toilet room was tiny. It is a little bit difficult to stay there

Great location, close to the metro and Oxford Street. Great breakfast, with buffet and a la carte options. Great staff, they helped me to receive packages and delivered them directly to my room, so nice of them.

Some people whom stay , smokes, cigarettes, and weed. The smell disgusting and very bad and There is a lot of noisy. They have only one elevator, which is always busy not recommend for anyone.

The size of the rooms very small... it is less then the 15m mentioned in the booking
