The view was lovely and the cleaner lady was amazing her customer service was better than all the employees we had an encounter with.

The staff in reception were incompetent as if they didn’t know how to do their jobs. No one knew anything and when went to use the gym there was no staff, I waited 10mins and went downstairs to the lobby to ask reception and they said they don’t know what happened and I asked if there was any staff members at the gym so that I am able to use it because the gate wouldn’t open for me to go through. The lady at the reception said maybe the staff member is running 10mins late. I shook my head as it just seemed so unprofessional. I went back to the gym and waited an extra 10mins and still yet no staff. So I just went back to my room as it was just frustrating at that point. Breakfast was a disappointment, food seemed like it was burnt and not fresh. The ladies at the front desk that wait there for you to walk into breakfast were rude. Overall just a really poor experience and definitely will not recommend. Room was not made for 3 adults after I clearly booked it for 3 adults, there was not enough amenities and just overall unprofessional and unorganised. Only good thing was the view and the cleaning lady, she was amazing !

Classy modern hotel with nice spacious room and splendid breakfast with good options for westerners.

It was a pity the gym was closed due to renovations, but this was clearly indicated when I booked the hotel. The park opposite to the hotel offered jogging options.
