Location is just nice. Visited Kuching a few times, and still stayed at this hotel.

1. The air-conditioning was not quite cool. 2. Limited parking space; often times I didnt get any parking at all and was advised to park at the plaza. 3. I stayed for 4D3N, the breakfast menu was almost the same each morning.

Location wise its very convenient. Decent size rooms, bed quite comfy.

Amenities are not complete. We have to call room service for toothbrushes and when they cleaned the room they didnt give us the towel for the floor. Bidet hook was not fixed, it literally fell apart because it was only put back by two pieces of rolled up paper, not screws. Please do proper maintenance. Glass dividers were dirty, some cobwebs can be seen. The room was generally decent, but needs improvement.

The view of the river was beautiful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable

The ambience of the room was poor and shabby. A room for 2 guests had only one rickerty chair. When we asked for a second chair, we were given one more rickerty chair. Unsafe for guests. The carpets were stained. The room cleaning service was shoddy and unsatisfactory.

Breakfast is not really good. The Dim Sum seems like old item, taste bit sour. Potato bit soft. Can improve the breakfast. Others are okay.
