It is near to unimas so easy for me to go there, at night not so much things to do near the hotel

Staff not friendly at all especially the receptionist

The room was so comfortable and worth of money paid the surrounding was also quiet and comfortable.

The cleanliness as in housekeeping could've been better as i can see the dust all over the floor when i check in. It feel like the room have been vacant for a long time. But the bathroom was clean. Only the bedroom floor and the living room was quite dusty. Need to clean up by myself as i check in quite late and the housekeeping only available until 5pm

the property has lift, and the room is spacious

cleanliness can be improved, there's ants on the table, shleving, floor and bed too! I can feel ants crawling on me.

The pantry door can't close. The cleanest is so-so. The bedsheets is dirty.

- TV not working room 416 - TV not really well functioning .blurred limited channel only 2 channel. room 414 - drainage shower clogging. need to clear it otherwise water cannot drained properly. room 414. - bathroom smelly
