First room provided (101) seemed run down. Was not refurbished yet, hot water was not. After some discussion, staffed moved us to a refurbished room, hot water was.

Staff did not put us into a reasonable room in the first place, had to fight for a chance to relocate. Management team didn't seem to be around when we talked to front desk. Also, not a lot of halal places within walking distance.

Very very comfortable room with comfortable beds. Hot shower and good AC system. Great value for money.

Location: not near many food outlets or anything interesting. Room facing a busy road although the room well insulated from noise.

have to pay parking. pool water is dirty, changing room very dirty. floor nearby pool is slippery, dangerous for small kids. pls improve the cleanliness.

The room is quiet and comfort.

There is no power socket near bed, and also not enough socket in the room when laptop is needed, only 3 sockets. I stay there for 3 nights, but the housekeeper never give me mineral water and coffee, I only have my mineral water and coffee on the 1st day when I check in. Furthermore, the breakfast available starting 7.00am. I booked with breakfast, but when I go to the restaurant, the PIC say my package didn't include breakfast, I have to check with the receptionist again, then just can have my breakfast. There is no buffet breakfast, limited food to choose in the menu.
