Close to place of worship and accessible to shops

No proper house keeping- Multiple reminders later the room was not made the second day of our stay. I had to call in house keeping and force them to do it in my presence upon my return. Rude staff behaviour - Laundry services were taken and asked ro be added to the room bill but was refused by staff. They make the guests follow up back and forth to avail this privilege.

Very close to Masjid Al Haram. In house parking availability. Too much traffic and car accessibility difficulties.

Parking is paid. Breakfast option should be improved.

First is the location near to Haram Second is the Car Parking Facility though it is paid parking Third the Lobby which is large and can handle large number of people. Fourth the Breakfast, it was excellent, the variety maintained is good. Fifth the staff, who were very cooperative.

Check-In time, if you can modify it to be 2 pm officially instead of 4 pm that will enhance the business. People want to check in after Dohar, cannot wait till 4 pm.

Parking is not free, the parking fee was not clearly displayed while booking

نظيف جداً وجميع الاحتياجات موجوده ومتعاونين ولطيفين جداً

بعيد عن الحرم مشي 10دقائق وخاصة بعد اداء العمرة
