Superbly comfortable villa with fabulous service from the super friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble and we had a marvelous stay.

Very tranquil in a beautiful setting - just what we needed to recharge. All of the staff were lovely
It’s within the gated community of Nusa Dua - this has lots of upsides but does mean it’s harder to just head out to explore the local area

Location was great and people were nice
The food options were terrible, no pool except for the small individual pools, no workout facility, absolute rip off for what you pay, beach bar was terrible in comparison to cheaper neighboring properties, no place for yoga which was only offered once a week (other properties during our stay was daily), beds were as hard as a rock, wouldn’t stay here again.

Excellent service and very cousy villas. The food in the restaurant is very good and breakfasts are excellent. Some of best holiday spots we have been to. Recommended highly

Very helpful staff. Beach as itself. Massage and spa zone.
The hotel is very old. You feel the smell of the old furniture in the room. The bathrooms are disgusting. Taking shower outside is a good idea once weather permissions are good. Otherwise you should get used to the cold water. The sun bends on the beach are dirty. Poor breakfast. In the country where you can find all the fruits you can imagine they bring you 2 - 3 really small pieces of the unripe fruits and that’s it.

The staff is really welcoming and friendly with exceptional service 24×7.
The moment you enter you feel like at home with the hospitality and service.
The level of privacy that they provide is exceptional in all terms. We stayed there for 3 whole nights but only people we saw were on the 3rd day even though the resort was fully booked.
They provided us with a microwave at request even though they didn't have it mentioned in their amenities.
They do provide pick up and drop services in nearby region and to the airport which is included in the price of the villas which is great added benefit.
Also their flexible breakfast for the whole day really let's you do everything as per your own schedule.
The Italian restaurant Piasan has exceptional food.
There's is nothing to dislike here except that the beach is a bit far away as compared to other resorts around.

Nice, serene, spacious villa with beautiful landscaping, part of a 20 villa resort. Very private with nice size private pool and good restaurant. Has a good spa too.

Everything about villa, was as described online.
The pool was amazing, clean and well maintained. The surrounding areas inside the complex and villa, was very well maintained, with constant maintenance going on to keep it in good condition.
The complex is part of a very prestige area in Bali, where there was a lot of security, allowing you to go for walks late at night and not worry about your security. There was not a lot of animals or insects to deal with, compared to other areas of Bali. so overall an amazing property and ideal for couples/families. The staff were amazing and so polite, any request you had wether was swiftly dealt with. I can praise the staff enough.

Breakfast was really good, lots of choices but also you can have it as early as 4am so as we were traveling from Europe, jet lag was cured with good breakfast that early! The location was fab with a private beach although small, you get what you need. Our butler was soooooo good, Anta. He was super helpful but you don't get the same butler, what I meant to say is the staff were super helpful super polite and friendly it made the holiday such a great experience instead of just a nice villa. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely come back!
Nothing really, there is a close by shopping centre that isn't great but its not a direct impact of the villa! Everything was perfect for us really

Outstanding service, tasty and beautifully arranged breakfast served in the villa at ANY time of a day (soo convenient!), very friendly staff, all the amenities of a good quality. Shuttle service was great. They even manage to eliminate mosquitoes like if they never exist at the hotel area. Thank you Kayumanis, we loved it there!
Everything was perfect. The only two things which might increase the comfort even further would be reading lamps in the bedroom and the faucet for washing feet by the beach club exit
