Great location, standard of facilities and friendly staff.

The location.

1) The room was not cleaned regularly, only beds made, countertops and room were not swept, sticky floors 2) Towards the end of the visit I noticed that the toilet was acting up, this was 2 days before we could check out and remained at the end of our stay, this was an indication that housekeeping was not doing the regular check ups.We had spent a night away from the hotel, and this was when it happended. 3) Reception has an invitation to ask for cookies no t&C's however on occasion when we did ask, the front desk staff, advised us that it is chargeable and not something that they offer, the tone was more chastising. 4)The location of the hotel prevents cars from driving to the main entrance, not conducive for those who are disabled or are wheelchair bound. 5) As an international brand in hospitality staff whatever level should be equipped to converse in the basic business English.

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient. The staff were amazing on all fronts. The restaurant was surprisingly good serving great meals in case you can't step out.

The facility is a bit dated.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr komfortabel in der Innenstadt gelegen, unweit von vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten, die fussläufig zu erreichen sind. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, insbesondere Frau Gonca.

The room was clean, location was good and there was long variety of food for breakfast. People in the hotel at the reception were very nice.

I didn't like that every morning I have to tell my room number in order to have breakfast. That doesn't make me comfort. My room also didn't have windows outside so I couldn't open it in order to have fresh air. Price is higher compered to the services.

La ubicación es excelente, calle amplia,cerca andando de monumentos importantes, enfrente de parada de tranvía y servicios como cambio de moneda… Personal muy amable. Limpio. Servicio de hervidor de agua y café en la habitación.

The staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel provides in-room dining 24/7 which is very unique. The rooms are well decorated and the hotel is in a good location making it accessible by walking distance to many areas like Faith, Bazar and Hagia Sofia on the European side of the city. There is a very nice rooftop restaurant with great views of the city. The room rates are quite good for a 5 star hotel.

The cleaning service was not great & the airport shuttle service is significantly overpriced with no reasonably priced option. The in room dining is very pricey as well.

The hotel sits in the vibrant heart of the Old Town, surrounded by renowned landmarks and attractions. It's ideal for visitors eager to dive into the city's rich culture and history. Just a short walk away is the Grand Bazaar, a bustling marketplace with centuries of history. The Blue Mosque, a breathtaking example of architecture, is also nearby, offering a window into Istanbul's past. Plus, the area boasts various restaurants and hammams for an authentic Turkish experience. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the front desk could be a little more relaxed. Meanwhile, I can't remember the spa department head's name, but he and his team were extremely accommodating. They made our daily spa visits wonderful. And I must mention the room service team. They kept our rooms immaculate and stocked with fresh towels every day despite the chaos of my three kids.

During our hotel stay, we were shocked to find the 5-star terrace restaurant empty. The menu revealed why – outrageous prices like $30 for a cheeseburger and $20 for a small glass of wine. We knew it'd be pricey, but this was excessive. We may not be swimming in riches, but we possess enough intelligence to refrain from throwing money down the drain. Our breakfast experience was disappointing, with limited choices and average quality. Vegetables, processed meats & sausages, and limited cheese were nothing special, and at €25 per person, it was way overpriced for what was offered. I won't dive deep into the mini-bar prices, but it's worth noting that a 60g chocolate bar would cost you $10. Curiously, you could get the same bar for just $1.50 at the shop next door. While the hotel provided a pleasant and welcoming experience, I would like to suggest that the senior management carefully review the pricing structure for the restaurant and room service. By doing so, there is potential to increase profitability or alternatively, consider the possibility of closing the restaurant and room service. My advice to all visitors is to save your money and take advantage of the abundance of restaurants and café surrounding the area.

Rooms were clean as Hilton standards.

Restaurant was way over charging. I paid almost same amount for one dinner as for what I booked 4 nights. Staff was least bothered.
