The staff were lovely people
Room was not correct on arrival which was near mid night so placed in another room for one night. The room provided had 2 single beds pushed together to make one bed - so uncomfortable, the air-con cut in and out, tv was poor quality, the linen smelt disgusting, the bathroom smelt like sewerage, got changed on the 2 last day to another room. Pool had some tiles / edging not even attached to the edge of the pool. So dissatisfying, ruined the experience sadly.

Buffet breakfast was well presented and there was plenty of choice of food. The Staff continuously re filled the selections.
The seating was sufficient and very clean. We were greeted by smiling Staff from the moment we entered, during and as we departed.
Our room was a good size and very clean, the Housekeeping Staff did an excellent job each day ensuring our room was fresh and made up each day and linen changed.
The bathroom looked renovated and we were very impressed with the water pressure in the Shower and the hot water.
The garden area is so peaceful and well maintained by the garden staff.
Nothing was a problem for the Staff whether is was Reception, Porter, Breakfast Staff, Housekeeping and the Security Guards.
Our only negative
The issue we found was with the WiFi, when in the room it would drop in and out continuously or freeze.
At times we had to go and sit in the Reception area.

The staff are so friendly and will always great you with a smile. The location is great, right in the middle of everything. The breakfast was great, lots of choices. The pool was nice but a warm. The room is a little outdated but clean and comfortable.

Only one small thing. Plumbing needs fixing in bathroom as water leaked through tiles onto floor. They are aware and will fix asap.

Poor wifi, run hot tap for ages to get hot water, then water up and down the whole time. Light problems. Safe faulty. Room rundown.

Pool is a good size and location is good.
The rooms are extremely rundown and need to be renovated. Our bedroom didn’t even have ceiling lights only the two bedside tables. Towels are old and stained, owner needs to invest in some brown towels instead of white. Beds also only have one pillow each and these are super thin, just small changes would fix this place.

had to change rooms twice as aircon didn’t work and rooms had linen that was stained and horrible grey colour that looked like at least 10 years old
Had cats with kittens constantly on our porch that were excreting on the porch
Toilet kept on breaking and couldn’t flush in last room
This hotel used to be good but it needs urgent repairs and maintenance
unfortunately we won’t be back

the staff tried their best in a bad situation
run down and disgusting rooms. stained and mouldy pillows, beds, towels etc… rats, worm infested cats, mozzies and bugs in the room.. aircon not working. blocked or broken toilet… and the list goes on….

Staff, Pool and Pool bar
My bathroom was in poor condition. The bath was badly split and when my husband stood in it he was concerned he would crack it completely (he is average size for a male). We did see they were renovating a few rooms so hopefully this will be fixed ASAP

We have stayed here before, and it was still a great central place to stay. The staff are amazing, the pool bar is a great place to cool off as well as relax or even socialise if you wish. The restaurant has great food, lunch breakfast and dinner!

Breakfast was good, location ideal, rooms on ground floor were reasonably size, staff were excellent, very helpful always smiling

Location is right where we wanted. The staff are amazingly helpful. The aircon was cold. When I asked them to fix the toilet as it was busted they had a plumber fix it. Got extra pillows when requested. Food is nice and breakfast has good choices ..second room was comfy. Pool is nice I like the warm temp of water
Smell of the bathroom, but that is bali. Needs a new shower head in the second room we stayed in. The first room toilet was not working properly and bed was sooo hard( we got in early morning so I think we just got put somewhere) first room wasn't good. Tv was buzzing pretty loud non stop and when someone from the top was smoking it blew through our aircon which stunk...would still go back here
