Good place to stay, nice hotel and nice staff.

We had some issues with the Air conditioning, but we got immediately assistance.

Nothing keep up the same

Toilet was very small, "ment for children like". Water was pouring down from the washbasin which was quiet uncomfortableable.

Good breakfast with a wide variety of options. Spacious and clean rooms.

We had a very late checkin and the hotel didn’t prepare the room with the additional bed we asked for. We had to wait more than an hour for them to bring the bed and it was already about midnight. we didn’t get a proper night’s sleep as we were busy killing the mosquitoes. We had a suite room and felt like we overpaid.

Staff came to room without knocking or asking permission

The Buffet In the Morning Was a Very Bad experience With Only Few Staff trying to Manage ,No proper service . I was Staying For 8 days and Had to keep my back up phone With WiFi but the Reception Counter gave me A 2 days WiFi Key for 8 Days of Stay. which Was soo disappointing and after 2 days had to go again and get another WiFi Key . No Hair Dryer . No proper Heater Kettle to make some Tea . AC cannot Be controlled its Was too cold.

spoke to one of the staff once booked the room , they do not communicate and pass on the message to their staff once they promise the customer. so plz email them so that u have in written . I ended up paying extra for early check in for 4 hrs and vacated the same night . very upset they didn’t keep their word .
