The hotel is old and not well kept. The bedsheet was shorter than the bed so could not be tucked in on one end. From carpet on the corridors to room’s carpet, all looked shabby. Even the mirrors and tissue box were dusty. The restaurant didn’t have sanitizer or the tea stirrer. Room had few mosquitoes here and there. Had great expectations from the name Hilton but were greatly disappointed.

I am still waiting for my refund of INR 4000 which I paid in cash and they said it will take time for the refund to be processed.

The property needs to be upgraded. The side table had the previous occupants used hair scrunch. The staff need to be trained. Had called for a bellboy to help with luggage at the reception. Receptionist said ok but the bellboy never came. Btw Had called twice with same request.

All staff were attentive and helpful. In particular Bhavay and Rajnandini at the reception desk were excellent. Also Dharmender at the concierge desk went out of his way to be helpful.

We liked everything

Breakfast had plenty of variety. The best part was their getting me my oats, coffee and orange juice the way I like it.

The room keys seem to have technical problem as so had to go down multiple times everyday to have them reset, despite never keeping them with my mobile phone. Saw many other guests having the same problem.

The location is obviously one of the best in south Delhi .

I ordered for some dinner at 1:30 am in the morning , since we arrived at the hotel at 1 am after driving for nearly 12 hours all the way from dharamshala , I must say that your limited menu is not even limited it’s super limited and I had to eat whatever was available, which I didn’t mind and It took nearly an hour for my food to arrive ,I must say it was the worst Indian food I certainly have had in years in India , the chicken kadai was so bad , that it looked like it was cooked by a novice , it had no flavour whatsoever and the yellow dal thing which I love was the worst I’ve had , there was nothing to it , I literally had to eat out of hunger that’s all . I paid Inr .14000/- for a nights stay , and it was not really a pleasant experience, certainly not the kind of stay you expect from a reputed hotel such as Hilton .

it was very convenient, located with 2 fantastic malls the breakfast was amazing and the manager at the restaurant was very friendly and accommodating our requests even at midnight 😀

The Punjab Grill staff was extremely nice and prompt. The receptionist name Rajnandhini and her colleague were extremely helpful with coordinating my daily needs.
