Gostei muito da arquitetura moderna da forma curva externa do hotel, do pé direito alto do lobby e do conceito de iluminação discreta de seu interior. Os funcionários são excelentes, principalmente a Sra. Helena da governança e Cleyton da recepção. Muito grato.

Tudo foi extraordinário. Voltarei sempre.

As 8h15 da manha da segunda 12/2 (pleno Carnaval) iniciou se as obras de um dos andares. Em nenhum lugar o site (Booking) informa que tem obras no hotel. Falando com uma funcionária pelo telefone antes de entrar no hotel soube que tinha obras... ela me disse que tinha informação no site sim nas "condições gerais". Na minha opinião deveria ter a informação na 1a página do site. Achei um desrespeito aos clientes ainda mais que o preço da noite não é de um Ibis. É cara ! resumindo, para mim,, o Unique errou feio. Se eu tivesse conhecimento da obra não teria passada a noite no hotel. As 8.15 iniciou a obra ao contrário do que me foi dito que começaria as 9.00. Cartão vermelho pela péssima comunicação.

Gostei de tudo! O café da manhã é deliciosooo, os funcionários são super gentis e atenciosos, a limpeza é excepcional, a cama é super confortável. Nossa! Eu amei tudo.

Só não gostei muito do elevador super escuro, mas sei que tem um sentido e faz parte da proposta do hotel. No mais, me acostumei rápido.

Great location - walking distance to the park, and a short Uber to Paulista Av. The downstairs Gym/ Pool area was fun. Rooftop restaurant and pool had great views of the city. Service was friendly and helpful, champagne on arrival was a nice touch.

Food options were a little limited - rooftop had same menu for Lunch/ Dinner. Rooms were a little spartan and perhaps need an update.

the hotel itself is quite interesting. love the architecture and its location, especially because we were really close to a great park, so that was lovely. the room was very comfortable, great bed, great views, good mini bar.

What I didn't like was the service at the Skye Restaurant. I had heard great things about it and was very excited to try it. Food was excellent, however service was not. We had dinner on Thursday night, and our waiter took a while to get to our table, and he came shortly after i asked the hostess who the waiter was. Our waiter, Rui I believe, came, took our order and we never saw him again. Never came by to ask if we needed anything, or to check on us. We finished our dinner and waited for about 20 minutes to get his attention without success. I was pretty upset with the lack of attention and asked the hostess to get us the manager. Both the hostess Thais and the manager Edivanilda were really lovely and understood our complaints. They were very understanding and turned an evening that was not going well into an excellent night out. I expected more of the restaurant in terms of service but was very glad at the end that our complaints were heard and the manager treated us for a nice desert and a round of drinks. I would go back to the restaurant because of it.
