Ελλειψεις στις λεπτομέρειες για μια ευχάριστη διαμονή. ήμασταν 4 ενήλικες με 2 παιδιά. Είχε 4 πετσέτες μπάνιου και 2 προσώπου, τα μαξιλάρια και τα μονά παπλώματα ήταν 4, δεν υπήρχαν στην κουζίνα βασικά πράγματα για προετοιμασία ενός σνακ ή καφέ όταν ταξιδεύεις οικογενειακώς (ζάχαρη, αλάτι, σφουγγαράκι να πλύνεις ενα πιάτο). Ένα εμφιαλωμένο νερό γιατί δεν είσαι σε θέση την πρώτη μέρα να γνωρίζεις αν το νερό είναι πόσιμο. Για μια παρέα δεν αποτελούν πρόβλημα ενδεχομένως, αλλά για εμάς, θα έκαναν τη διαμονή μας ακόμη καλύτερη. Η καθαριότητα ήταν οκ, ούτε τέλεια, ούτε ενοχλητική, σκουπίσαμε κ λίγο επειδή θέλαμε.

M ight be a good idea to let guests know that they need to find the door on the left at the entrance on ground level within a couple of mins otherwise it locks again. We just couldn't open it, probably took too long to find it, another resident helped us. Perhaps an 'entrance sign' at the door. Was a little dark when we arrived and we couldn't quickly work out where entrance was :).

I recently had a really bad experience at Stephan’s apartment that I want to warn everyone about. This place was a nightmare, and I strongly advise you to avoid it at all costs. I want to be honest and straightforward about the terrible things I encountered during my stay. First and foremost, the air conditioning didn't work at all. We asked the people in charge to fix it, but they completely ignored us. They didn't respond to any of our attempts to contact them, which was incredibly frustrating. It seemed like they didn't care about our comfort or happiness. The owner of the apartment was even worse. Whenever we tried to call him, he never answered. It was like he didn't want to deal with any of our concerns. This kind of behavior is irresponsible and unacceptable. A good homeowner should be available to help their tenants. On top of all that, the couch in the apartment had a really bad smell. It made the whole place stink, and it was almost impossible to enjoy our stay there. We told the people in charge about it, but they didn't take it seriously. It was clear that they didn't care about our experience at all. To make matters worse, we accidentally left a valuable ring on the table when we left and noticed that on our way to the train station; which prevented us from coming back to the apartment. We contacted the owner about it hoping they would find it, but they denied it was left there even when me and my family members were all certain we’ve seen it. It felt like they were being dishonest and trying to avoid taking responsibility. Overall, this apartment was a complete disaster. The broken air conditioning, the unresponsive owner, the smelly couch, and the disappearance of our ring all made it the worst place I've ever stayed in. I urge you to stay far away from this apartment to save yourself from the frustration and disappointment I went through.

Excellent location, just a hop, skip, and a jump from Stephansdome. Conveniently located 5 min from U1 underground as well as ca. 10min from the CAT. Great restaurants around the area. I was dreading having to pick up the keys at another location but then on the day of my arrival, the self check in to the flat was implemented which saved me time.

No complaints. Initially, the check in and pick up of the keys from another location was annoying but that changed after the self check in onside was implemented.

Location was superb. Spacious apartment.

Old Building. Creaking beds. Some of the equipment like dryer, microwave didnt work. Reception is far from where key has to be picked.

It has almost no daylight, but this really did not matter to us at all since we were out during the day.
