Very bad experience in checkin, front office and management staff. No kettle was in room. Requested for kettle to three people in front office from evening till morning but didn't get the kettle. Finally purchased kettle from market. Basic amenities must need to provide. Worst cleaning of room. Not any single person came to collect garbage during staying period from room, do cleaning and provide drinking water. Even linen, bedsheet and cover were used one. Bathroom were dirty not cleaned properly. Informed many times in front office for garbage, room cleaning, water but it was not done. Very bad management, cleaning, higein and room service. Paid very good amount for stay but received worst service.

other than locations, nothing was good. poor hygiene, expired soap and shampoo in bathroom. upon complaint also, they didn’t change anything. water leakage in foyer area. staff was also not cooperative at all.

I stayed for 2 nights in Room 653. It was a good size room and AC was excellent. Location excellent.

1. The bathroom was exceptionally horrible. It was newly decorated and the water STAYED in the shower tub because the drain was blocked. The floor in the bathroom was messy and looked filthy. Management go to room 653 and have a look. 2. The blankets were dirty. One blanket had something on it and it was unremovable.
