Location was near restaurants and shops.

Baby cockroaches in room. Shower is choked. Beds are overly soft. There are also dried coffee/tea spots on the floor.

The hotel is in a good location.

The hotel room has poor quality furnishing especially the dressing table with an extension space for bags.. Fitting in the toilet like the tap is falling apart. I have sent separate emails and feedback to booking.com regarding the bad experience during check out. The bottom piece of wood from the dressing table decided to dislodge this morning and the owner of the hotel wanted me to pay for the damage. His reason was that I must have placed "heavy" objects on the space for bags that caused the wood panel to dislodged. I only placed a backpack with clothes for the night. How heavy can it be. I cannot imagine if others placed a heavy baggage. I explained to him (owner) that the installation was badly done ( left side partial secured with white glue and another screw securing the right back to the wall that I believe is soft board material as partition. With the heavy piece of thick wood, the glue and screw has lost the ability to secure the piece of wood to the rest of the dressing table. I told him to come and see for himself which he refused and wanted me to pay RM 180 for the so call "damaged". Of course, I refused to pay and i told him I will complain to your office. He has also not refund me the RM $50 that was for deposit.

The location is excellent.

the entrance was very dark at night, should have few down lights to shine at the entrance. the bathroom was very narrow, my friend was super hugh in size, he was so uncomfortable while taking shower and poo poo, water heater cannot heat up and all have to take cold shower in the middle of the night 😓

very bright, very spacious, high end technology for both the lifts & toilet facilities with mirror lighting & 360 deg shower head.
