The staff were courteous.

Rooms were not clean and had insects crawling. The window didn't have a curtain. The plastic mug in the washroom was cracked and leaking. There were no tea spoons or other device for mixing the whitener/ coffee in the cups placed in the rooms. The breakfast mentioned on the menu and its cost was not what was served at a slightly higher charge.

Location of hotel is great and is close proximity to the Taj Mahal. The room was a great size for a couple and exactly how it shows in the photographs. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. This is a perfect hotel for a stop over if looking for a room for one night to visit the Taj Mahal. One of our party was ill and the hotel were accommodating in providing food to the room and extra toiletries when requested. This hotel was a comfortable stay and was everything that we needed for one night in Agra, thank you.

The pool does not look like the photographs, so do not get your hopes set for a clean swimming pool. It was dirty so we did not use it.

Very Clean. Customer friendly and very supportive management and staff. Even the CEO of the hotel is hands on to help customers. He is very supportive and eager make the stay better. Unique experience in this place.

The location was close to the Taj Mahal, but it did not have the view from its terrace or balcony. It mentioned online information. The rooms did not have any ventilation.
