Приветливый персонал. Хорошее месторасположение. Красивый вид с бассейна. Вкусные и разнообразные завтраки. Красивый и стильный ресторан на крыше отеля. Уютно, чисто.

Жили на 6м этаже. Сильный запах табака. Рекомендуем руководству отеля обратить внимание на чистоту белья после стирки.

The 101 urban hotel was a warm welcome to Yakarta. After a very long flight and some cunfusion about the taxi's the hotel staff was professional and kind. The hotel has a beautiful rooftop pool and bar. We had dinner there and it was delicious. The room was spacious and had a nice large bathroom. There was a bit of a strange smell like they had just varnished the wooden floor and we could not open the window. On the ground floor there was a reastaurant/karaoke on friday night which scared us a little but they stopped before 10pm in the evening. We were very worried about taking the train to yogyakarta as we did not book in advance. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to help us and ease our stress. Especially Chritian was incredibly helpfull and if you read this, thank you so very much.

The smell in the room.

Breakfast choices were good. Spacious enuf room. Reception staff receptive and attentive, and willingly accommodated our last minute change of plans. Housekeeping responded very fast for request for bathroom floor mat which was missing.

A bit of smell in toilet. Service in bistro slow, tho there were only 2 tables for dinner. A leaking aircon in the bistro where we were seated. A bit disappointed couldn't get a best-view seat at rooftop at nite...

Both of the Rooftop Pools were clean and we had a lot of fun in there. The Skyline was beautiful by day & night. Staff was really kind.

There was mold in the bathroom and it smelled really bad. Unfortunately the Pool times were shorter than described.

Breakfast menu was great, every day had diffrent menus. I enjoyed my meals

Card for open the room always update in evening time, might u guys update how long your custumer stay for used the card to open the room properly.

Location and the restaurant on the roof.

Everyting is old not working as it must. In one side of the hotel building the air condition did not work. The breakfast was very poor.
