Dit hotel heeft haar zaken goed op orde, bijna alles klopt er wel. De kamers zijn comfortabel en luxe, bedden liggen zalig, je hoort weinig geluid van buitenaf. Het zwembad ligt in een prachtige tuin, heerlijk om even lekker bij te komen na een lange reis. Ontbijtbuffet is zeer uitgebreid en goed. Vlak naast het treinstation voor als je de stad in wilt.

Kids mogen niet in de gym, dat zou onder begeleiding van een volwassene zeker toegestaan moeten worden want verder niet heel spannend denk ik.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Denken graag mee en geven tips voor ons verblijf in Jakarta.

Alles is wel wat gedateerd vergeleken met de foto’s, met name de douches/kleedkamer etc bij het zwembad.

La gentillesse du personnel , un excellent petit déjeuner varié, la grande piscine très agréable avec de nombreux points de détente. Une salle de sport ouverte H24 avec équipements intérieur et extérieur. La situation 300 mètres de la station métro Cikini. Le calme pour être en centre ville et la modernité des chambres

( juste pour dire …) La musique trop forte dans l’après midi, près de la piscine. Manque de patères dans la salle de bains pour accrocher vêtements.

I liked the location is near mid plaza and tourist attraction nearby and the lagoon pool was nice, the bed comfortable and the reception staff were lovely as were the breakfast crew. The breakfast variety is decent and we liked the traditional tea station.

The spa services was good but the delivery of the massage was not, there was no health questions asked from any of us and some of us felt rushed and weren’t offered the same courtesy as the rest. Therapist were talking to each other in the room and one even burped over someone’s face. It really put us off to say the least! The hotel rooms need renovations especially the bathrooms where it’s not really up to Hilton standards at least in the rooms we stayed in on different floors same issues. The spa rooms also need major uplift, it just didn’t feel like a relaxing space. There was a wedding in the hotel on one of the days and the whole downstairs was off limits which I can appreciate but would have liked that information when booking so I could have made arrangements to book a different hotel. Also breakfast time is very busy, expect to wait a long time for elevator then seat then service in the restaurant.

Zwembad was echt prachtig

Very nice, clean, comfortable rooms. Very comfortable bed. Beautiful, big, pool with nice places to sit and relax!

Jakarta is so polluted so it was nice to escape from the city in this hotel. Pool area was beautiful. Staff were amazing. Shower pressure was great. Hot water took a while to heat up. Room was sparkling clean.

Nothing! It was fabulous. Room service was expensive. It cost me $10aud for a cup of tea!
