Von Außen ist das Hotel super süß. Auch der erste Eindruck von innen ist sehr schön. Offen, hell und freundlich . Es gibt einen kleinen Aufzug.

Unser Zimmer hingegen war super klein. Im Badezimmer gibt es keine Ablagefläche. Das Waschbecken ist sehr klein. Die Matratze vom Bett war sehr dünn, man spürt die Federn. Sehr ungemütlich.

De monumentale uitstraling van het hotel is echt super gaaf. Het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Met de metro en de bushalte voor de hop-on-hop op 5 minuten loopafstand is het de ideale uitvalsbasis voor een Citytrip.

De kwaliteit van de bedden, matras i.c.m. spiraalbodem, kan wel wat beter.

Very bad bed. Not clearly mentioned shared bathroom during the booking. Never mentioned that the toilet (1 for many rooms) will be shared too

Douche werd veel te warm, sleutel zat vast in slot van kamer waardoor er een extra slot geplaatst moest worden, simpel ontbijt, bed vond ik té hard, kamer op 3e verdieping met de trap is pittig (er was wel een lift maar heel klein en heel traag), geen haardroger aanwezig

Great location, nice historic building, friendly staff, held our bags when we arrived hours prior to check in.

The bed was very uncomfortable, cheap mattress that felt suitable to a hostel rather than hotel. The noise from other rooms was super intrusive. Doors closing on other rooms were right in your ear. Unfortunately, the location on the busy street also had a ton of noise from main road. I don’t fault the property for outside noise, but worth noting.

Room was very clean. The Man at the reception was really kind.

It was very loud in the morning.

Keine Toilette auf dem Zimmer (3 Bett Zimmer) Keine Schränke in beiden Zimmern (2 Bett & 3 Bett Zimmer) Sehr laute Hauptstraße, auch in der Nacht! Nicht weit entfernt ist eine Polizeistelle, gefühlt alle 5 min fuhren Autos mit Sirenen vorbei!

La ubicación es excelente! La cama king size era super cómoda para poder descansar y seguir paseando lo que necesites! El Hotel es hermoso, como sacado de una película! El personal super atento. Cerca de las lineas de bus y de distintas lineas del tube. Llegas de toque desde donde estes en Londres. Esta sobre una calle principal, el vecindario es súper recomendable y súper seguro. Supermercados como Tesco estan cerca, Mc Donalds, de todo hay cerca para comprar o comer Permiten dejar la valija sin cargo en el caso que hagas check in temprano y tengas que hacer tiempo en la ciudad hasta la tarde noche. La verdad que vale la pena!

La habitación demasiado pequeña. Para pasar para el otro lado de la cama tenias que hacer malabares porque casi no había espacio. La habitación no tenia pava eléctrica ni secador de pelo. La ducha era super resbalosa y no tenia donde dejar los utensilios. La TV muuuy chiquita, mas alla que uno no va de vacaciones a ver tele podría haber sido mas grande xq la terminas prendiendo solo x costumbre.

Lokalizacja była wspaniała. Bardzo podobała mi się czystosc w pokoju, to że codziennie były zmieniane ręczniki. Doceniam obsługę hotelu, byli przemili.

Nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń.

Location, comfort and staff

Mainly nothing. Bathrooms could be cleaner but since there are only 1 shower and toilet for th whole floor it is normal.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es wurde zwar jeden Tag gereinigt, aber das Bad renovierungsbedürftig Rohre der Toilette lagen frei. Armaturen und Lampen etwas arg verrostet. Die Betten waren etwas durchgelegen und die Federn drückten arg in den Rücken.

Die Lage ist perfekt um alles sehenswerte in London zu erreichen. Busse in unmittelbarer Nähe fahren z.B. direkt zum Piccadilly Circus und zum Camden Market, die Central Line der Tube liegt praktisch vor der Haustür. Diverse Geschäfte, ein Pub, Restaurants, ein Supermarkt, Pret a Manger, Starbucks usw. sind alle unter 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Direkt rechts neben dem Hotel gibt es einen kleinen Weg, der direkt zum Holland Park führt. Wer Natur pur bei einem Spaziergang genießen will sollte sich das nicht entgehen lassen. Auch sehr gut zum Joggen. Das Hotel ist klein, gemütlich und picobello sauber. Der Empfangschef war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit und hatte für jede Frage ein offenes Ohr. Auch die Mitarbeiter waren durchweg alle sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist preiswert , lecker und absolut ausreichend für einen kurzen Aufenthalt . Wir würden hier definitiv wieder bei einem erneuten Aufenthalt in London einkehren.

Es gab bis auf den Nachtisch keine weiteren Ablageflächen in unserem Zimmer, da könnte man vielleicht etwas ändern. Ich habe aber gesehen, dass andere Zimmer sowas hatten. Auch im Gemeinschaftsbad wäre ein Regal neben dem Waschbecken nicht schlecht.

Great location, only metres from Holland Park Underground Station and a bus stop pracitically right out the front of the property. We booked a room with ensuite and bathroom was small but clean and amenities were provided also. Room was nicely decorated and clean and bed was comfortable. Lift for easy access.

Facing the road did mean we could hear the traffic even thought we were on the top floor, but we still managed to sleep ok. Taps in shower were a bit difficult to work out how to use so we had very warm showers.

EVERYTHING....AVOID THIS HOTEL, THEY ARE NOT BOTHERED ABOUT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CUSTOMERS EXPERIENCE OR STAY, ONLY INTERESTED IN YOUR MONEY!!!! THIS IS CHEAP AND NASTY. SAD REALLY SUCH A NICE BUILDING BUT TERRIBLE HOTEL. 2 STAR IS TOO KIND!!! WORST PLACD I'VE EVER STAYED.

I had a breakfast one time only, it wasn’t bad, but there is a room for some improvement. It should have more verity.

We liked everything about the hotel, the staircase was exceptionally grand, really nice feature. The superior quadruple room was just perfect for us, the beds were very comfortable and exceptionally clean (as were the communal areas). We loved the guests sitting room where we could help ourselves to tea and coffee. The staff were all very helpful and accommodating too.

We have nothing negative to comment on.

Very good location! In beautiful Notting Hill, clouse to a buss and metro station. The hotel is very tidy and decorated in a good style. Nice staff.

The bed was uncomfortable. It was difficult to open the window. It was a bit noisy. Little choise at breakfast.

Hotel Manager is friendly and helpful and the hotel is beautiful and decorated very nice.

Location is perfect just by Holland Park and within short walking distance of Notting Hill.

Beds were surprisingly bad and for breakfast I strongly recommend to go elsewhere if possible.

I loved that the staff were very helpful even after we checked out. Our bus back to the airport was around midnight and the staff were very kind to let us leave our suitcase for the day even though we were checked out, I do highly appreciate this!

I might have missed this in the description, but the room had wood windows instead of doubled glazed plastic windows. This impacted the noise isolation coming from the busy street outside. The TV in the room was wall mounted, one night we did watch it, but did notice that there was a bit of dust collected behind the TV, not really a problem, but could use a bit of cleaning. We also used the breakfast option, one thing that I would recommend to be upgraded is the coffee machine.

Great and friendly people. When I asked questions or something, they answered or do something for me willingly. Good location. I asked workers to help me bring my suitcase to the room since the lift didn't work.

Very central location, close to public transport. Friendly staff and pretty historical building. Cheap compared with surrounding offers.

Springy beds, shared bathroom a distance away, traffic noise early morning.

Well located between Notting Hill Gate and Holland Park, a short walk to the tube and bus lines that run past the hotel. Friendly staff and the room was quiet.

The hotel is advertised as bed and breakfast and I was disappointed to find there were no hot offerings (I was hoping for an English breakfast), only cereals and yogurt and sandwich meats. The elevator was out of order so I had to haul my bags up two flights of stairs.
