Location was good and we were just a few minutes from the center of London. Apartment was large and split over 3 floors which meant that our teenage children had some privacy. Wifi worked well and the roof terrace was a nice bonus.

We would have liked to have known more info on the local area. Maybe a list of nearby places to eat.

The property much different with the photos on the website, the second bathroom was super small, not clean, sofa was broken and smelly

Plenty of space. Really big kitchen and living room. Wooden decked roof terrace.

Beds were comfy and house was clean

The TV remote was broken and there was no digital tv connection. No plug for the sink to wash up pots, no dishwasher tablets. One bed completely missing and mattress on the floor in the twin room so my daughters couldn’t share a room. We should have been notified before arriving. No instructions for the heating so unable to turn on. No information on the local area ie places to eat. The rain comes down the chimney in the twin room making a loud dripping noise making it difficult for my younger daughter to sleep. All in all very disappointed

Everything, comfy beds, large apartment, easy to check in with code, fully equipped. will stay again. Great value

Didn’t like the ID process and online check in
