Everything It is not clean at allll It has Cockroach in the room Bad smell in the Lobby . BAD SMELL IN THE RESTAURANT u cannot ate anything . Bad smell next to the pool . Bad smell inside the mini bar .

The place was very nice and neat. The room was spacious and the the restaurant has food varieties which were very delicious and meet our expectations.

Staff is friendly and hotel is beautiful

Too far from hurghada you can only go by taxi and the food was very average

- check in done at 3 pm -room service bad my room cleaned once in one week stay and as per house keeper he is busy as he is handling a lot of rooms due to shortage of staff -animation team not creative -free Wi-Fi is only in reception and also signal is bad , no free Wi-Fi in rooms or other parts of hotel - poor supply of water as per house keeper only one bootle 0.5 L for every bed in room !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!not person I didn’t see this before in any hotel - number of chairs on pools are always not enough and car who bring cleaned towels always came late at 8 30 am -no variation in food and quality not very good -kids club not always open at 10 am they some times come late ( very bad experience for this hotel )

I liked everything literally about Stella gardens, Staff was very friendly and professional... special thanks to Mr. Ibrahim in the reciption. and all other members.room service Mr. Amr tried to do his best to provide us with clean and comfortable stay.I stayed in room 1971 with very unique view on pool with artificial waves simulating the waves in sea with big balcony...the food is very delicious not only for me as Egyptian but also for all other nationalities..many varities of food..for all inclusive all meals are great and all drinks soft and hard are included when reserving through booking.thanks for chefs and waiters and helpers...I saw many fish in the sea...don't miss it.the water is shallow..you can walk on a bridge till a suitable depth to swim or you can enjoy walking inside the shallow parts and see many star fish and other fish..beach is great and there is a free shuttle bus every 10 min.snacks are served on beach resturant as well as other drinks....I loved the place and I will certainly have another visit isA

the atmosphere at all especially the stuff, George at the reception he’s very welcome and helpful guy, and Yousef at the pool bar very respectful man and helpful as well
