Spacious, piece right around. Room is in a perfect spot and is private. All amenities available. Office ladies and gents are always awesome and are available to assist in inquiries or answer questions if and when need be.

When we showed up, they originally put us in a cabin that was different than what we had booked, however, they were kind and accommodated for this and put us in suitable accommodation where we had sufficient space for the four of us.

When we arrived, we were told that our payment on booking.com had not been processed. We then proceeded to make payment. It turned out that the payment on booking.com did go through so they had double charged us. We noticed this the next day and let them know before we left. We were told a refund would be issued. A week later, still no refund was issued, so we called to get an updated status. They said it was in process. Another week later, we did the same thing. About a month later, we did the same thing. The response continues to be that it is in process, however, they asked for additional details stating they were trying to process it. It is now a month later and I have still not received a refund for the double charge they made and it has been a hassle continually trying to contact them to get the charge reversed.

very clean - well positioned right on the bay - loads of space for the kids to wonder around and have adventures. we stayed in two room types - one ensuite and one simply a cabin - both very clean & have everything you need. great for families.

To be honest wasn’t what I was expecting when I pulled up thought we would be right on the beach....but omg to my surprise we were only feet away but surrounded by native rainforest. We had a weka running around our cabin tui singing so for me personally was even better. Facilities were awesome beds comfy gas hot water. Local knowledge of fishing spots,bait tackle and a small amount of supplies for sale on sight.....as a bonus don’t forget to check out the local food forest so cute....

There was a bun under the bed that wasn't spotted by cleaners.

Location, grounds, hosts, facilities, rooms, lovely and clean, just beautiful.

Excuisit views, the amount of space there is for families big or small. This entire accommodation and it's surrounding supply comfort to young and old. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend to all.
