Lovely location and facilities. The accommodation was clean and well equipped.
The apartment was dark and the second bedroom had no windows so extremely dark and claustrophobic. I wouldn’t recommend for a long term stay.

Staff went over and above as we had a delayed arrival. Very helpful and can't fault staff or management. Great pool, but a bit cold when we stayed.
The bedrooms had no windows at all which wasn't made clear. The unit we were in was not in great condition and was in need of repairs and/or upgrades. If we stayed here again we would want to ensure we didn't have this room. This may be specific to this unit though, so can't speak for the condition or layout of other units.

Spacious apartment with everything that was needed for a weekend stay with family. Great pool for the kids snd nice outdoor space.

the view was fantastic - very WOW when you walk-in and see the ocean! The staff are lovely and super helpful. The room is well appointed and clean. it had everything you need.
the dryer took three runs for 150 minutes (450 minutes total) to dry a load. The bed and pillows weren’t super comfortable and aren’t king sized so was a little squishy for us. the apartment had some maintenance issues (lights didn’t work - but bulbs were replaced very quickly by the staff when notified), panel falling off the oven and side of the island (were told it will be replaced soon however), carpet needing replacing (although we were told it was being replaced soon). no additional bin bags left in the room which is helpful for longer stays.

Fold out bed was extremely uncomfortable gave sore neck and back.

Blocked vanity’s when water on a filed up fast and wouldn’t drain had to brush teeth elsewhere
Door access with old school keys not simple hard lock again but dated needs swipe cards for accomation that level

Sure a beautiful place and have stayed here few time. Always enjoy our stay everytime. Sue is always helpful and lovely to talk to.

Cutterscove Resort is absolutely wonderful place to stay. With amazing resort facilities - lagoon pool, heated lap pool & spa pool, along with mini golf, driving green & tennis court - we had a superb stay. Highly recommend Cutterscove to anyone staying in Mt Maunganui.

loved how the room space was so huge. I booked for 2 apartments and a family of 8+ fit in the 1 apartment. I wouldn’t recommend tho jst saying. also loved how everyone admins and vacationers was nice even when my kids was loud at outdoor pool. loved everything about this place.

The managers were doing a good job. Many places they are just having free accommodation and not trying to look after guests or promote the property.
Shower in ensuite of our apartment needs some attention.

It’s home away from home…I will be definitely recommended Cutters Cove to friends and family. Staff are amazing and helpful.

The location, the size of the rooms and the facilities. It was generally lovely and clean.
The “heated lap pool” was too cold to swim in, the spa not hot enough.
Albeit the facilities looked like a lot of fun for the kids!
There was coffee in the room but nothing to make coffee with ? ie a plunger ?
There was no ice to make our drinks with in the freezer?
The walls and the ceiling in the bathroom needed cleaning.
The reception lady was available but not at all warm or friendly.
On arriving the room was cold and dark.
But overall it was generally a nice place and we would probably stay again!

Loved this place, our apartment was huge, clean and comfortable. Great location and kids loved the pool, even in the middle of winter!! Very friendly and helpful staff. Would love to return in summer.

Feeling very uncomfortable within our stay felt radio type from staff. Definitely did not feel welcome at all. Too much strict rules like we were going to break them all. And the exit had problem getting out took far to long to open

Had all the facilities we needed, great view, was quiet and comfortable. Staff were really great too and great having 2 carparks. Would definitely stay again
Only a few small niggly things like only one key to the room, heating only in the lounge so the bedrooms were really cold - middle of winter though so probably not an issue at other times of the year.
