great location. quiet room

The location is good for the city centre.

The room was not serviced after our first night, we had to ask for clean towels, toilet paper and for the bins to be emptied. The hotel is not accessible by car and we had a 20minute walk from the car park...on an uphill incline all the way so not good if you are not reasonably fit and with luggage. When the listing tells you it's an 8 minute walk it must be based on someone travelling without luggage and at a fair pace. We were put in a 2nd floor room which required 48 steps....again, not good if you're not fit.

Our Belvedere room was amazing!! 360 degrees view of the rooftops. Nice bathroom as well. Delicious breakfast. Very beautiful hold little city palace.

It is elegant and historic

it was hard ro find and almost impossible to drive to without a small car. Because it’s in the historic center, streets are one way and some have barriers that only allow access to local residents. so be prepared to walk and enjoy.

Boutique feel, amazing artwork and interior design. Fabulous breakfast. Welcoming staff.

Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The two reception staff were always very helpful. The location of the establishment, dozens of meters from the amphitheater and a little further from the Forum Square and Republic Square, is really perfect. I did not use your breakfast, as I preferred to have it at the savoirs et Terroirs cafe, down the street. I would recommend the hotel to other guests and, should I ever return to Arles, I would be very glad to use it again.

The bathroom is a bit cramped.

Comfy bed, huge bathroom and fab location. Great value, too.

Simply book here if you are in Arles. Although the delightful breakfast fella was my personal highlight.

Old building renovated with great taste and attention to detail. Spacious rooms, beamed ceilings, communal areas furnished with character and originality. Exquisitely friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds, ideal location close to the Roman amphitheatre but equally quiet.

Everything perfect

The location is nice and close to the Amphitheatre and a lot of restaurants and shops. Perfect location to visit Arles. The property generally is very nice.

The property is located in a pedestrial area and we weren't made aware of this. There is indeed a parking close by (approx 500 meters - it's a private parking though not a public one and there is a parking fee) but since we were travelling with big suitcases we wouldn't have chosen this property should we have known that it wasn't possible to bring the car in front of the entrance to unload. We got a junior suite for 4 people which ended up being quite smaller compared to what showed in the pictures.

Location of the hotel! The main areas seemed ok maintained.

The air conditioning is definetly due for a cleanup. The room smelled very bad of mold and felt like there was no clean air. I didnt feel safe sleeping in that air. The paint was chipping off the wall..the bathroom though seemed newly renovated, not sure why the room was missed on that part then..

Staff was sarcastic, which i usually love, but wasnt sure if they were serious or joking at times.
