Trockner - musste bezahlt werden, wirkte schon sehr alt und rostig und hat auch quasi nicht funktioniert.

The location was absolutely amazing was within walking distance to eateries and the view from the motel was stunning. Will definitely be visiting this location again.
I didn't like the fact I didn't stay longer. There's nothing that needs improvement in my opinion.

The bed was a bit firm for ne. The ants ate our food in the bench.
The ocean was loud, didn't think about that when booking.
The bar hotel was disappointing with their food service.

Room was spacious
The wifi didn’t work. Our room did not have any hot water. The reception was very difficult to find. We booked two rooms early and we were separated. When asked to live closer was told there was no rooms available however we were the only ones there

The kitchen had ants crawling all over kitchen bench so put food in the microwave overnight that couldn’t go in the fridge but in the morning the microwave was full of ants and food had to be disposed there should have been a sign up to advise of this problem

Great location on the beach.. The property is a great stopover point. On the beach front, short walk to the local pub, the only place to get a meal & drink. Also it's the check-in office for the motel!!

Nice size room and outdoor space. 20meters from the coast. We couldn't see the coast directly from our room, but we could easily walk to it and sit down to enjoy the sunset.
Also close to the Pancake Rocks.
Room was less luxureus than photo's suggested. Wifi was not reliable.
When we checked in the lady informed us that their restaurant was the only option for dinner. We had already read some not overly enthousiastic reviews, so opted for a small carride and had a very good meal in the next town.

"The cottage" is an old unit which is presented as a "retro style" unit but it is not very well maintained.
+ right in the back of the room they are working with heavy equipment, probably building another one.
I would recommend to prefer the smaller/more modern units at this motel.

The WiFi signal was for the most part, too weak (-75dB or lower on both channels), meaning that we were seldom able to connect.

WiFi did not work from our room, sounded like owner was aware. WiFi was not working for other guests either, router needed to be reset but there was no one around to handle it.

Location was spectacular, between vertical cliffs and the beach. Easy distance for the Punakaiki rocks and local hotel. Units were clean, spacious and comfortable.

Loved my stay here, right beside the beach, great location if you're planning to dine at the Punakaiki Tavern and also explore some nearby walks like Truman Track and the Pororari River Track, and so close to the Kayaks also. Very clean, and it had everything I needed.
