Horrible experience! The hotel was perfect, boutique and beautiful however I reserved a suite months in advance, charged for a king suite as I sat in the lobby of the hotel then told there was an "un-repairable issue with the bathroom" in my suite and they could not accommodate my reservation as they put us in a standard queen and wanted to offer a free dinner to apologize for the issue. A FREE DINNER? REALLY? The price difference between the standard room and the suite was over $150 US dollars...a dinner would have been under $50 US dollars. I disagreed and asked for them to give me the price of the standard room to match the online price of $80 US dollars...they wanted us to pay $125 US dollars. The manager was not accommodating or concerned about customer experience AT ALL. I will say the registration staff was doing his best to help but didn't have the authority to make it right...not his fault! Net is, make sure you call and confirm your reservation before arriving and confirm before they ask for your credit card.

it was a luxurious and character-filled boutique hotel, with excellent service and very comfortable beds. It’s also in a great area, filled with fabulous restaurants . the breakfast is fantastic! We travelled with a team and this ours was by far the best hotel!
it doesn’t have a pool and the staff don’t speak English but really, this was such a great hotel that those small things didn’t matter!

Terrible noise at 3 am in the morning, coming from a fight between a guest and the police inside the hotel. This went on for 15 minutes. Drank a margarita at the bar that was really bad
