We enjoyed that the hotel is connected directly to both malls. So it made it very easy to visit those two locations or get anything from the store last minute that we needed. There was also a grocery store within the mall as well which was good for our toddler

There didn’t seem to be wash clothes for bathing, the food was okay. Also, the tv only has one channel (#6- news ) in English. We brought our toddler with us and she wasn’t able to watch any of the cartoons while we’re there since everything was in Spanish

Some of the hotel needed refreshing and the common areas could have been cleaned a tad bit more.

Good location. Right in the shopping center. Good gastronomía

Furniture old and bad condition. TV, only with basic channels, and not HD.

The location is convenient for shopping and restaurants, good security. The hotel restaurant on the ground floor was good and pool service efficient and polite.

This is certainly not a 5 star hotel. The gym has old moldy floors, the facilities are dated and the room ("Luxury King Room" lacked essentials: hand towels, clothes hangers (there were 3 hangers in the closet for 2 people for a 5 day stay!). In fairness, these things were provided upon request. The phone did not work for communicating with the reception or room service, so you always have to go down and wait in line to request something. Neither hairdryer or TV remote worked. These are such basic things, that it is almost embarrassing to write about. Lastly. the check-in and check-out is extremely slow, with many forms to be printed and signed. Plan for at least 30 min for check-in as the lines are often long as the result of lengthy and inefficient procedures or perhaps lack of staff.

The entire 7 days we stayed at the hotel we did not have hot water to shower with. We called the front desk 3 times and all 3 times they said they would send maintenance to fix the water. The problem was never fixed. Had cold showers for 7 days. They offered no solution.
