Adorable petit hôtel idéalement situé dans le centre de Luang Prabang, tout en étant très calme. Chambre très propre et bien équipée. Hôtel tenu par un couple adorable et aux petits soins. Large choix de petit déjeuner et très copieux. Possibilité de faire une lessive, louer un scooter ou réserver un bus / activités.

We loved this place - it was so clean and smelt amazing! The location was perfect - close enough to the hustle and bustle of the night markets, but far away enough to relax and not be disturbed. The bed was extremely comfy and the cleaning staff did a fantastic job! However, the highlight of this stay was without a doubt the staff. The staff, especially Lin and her beautiful family, were so friendly and could not accommodate us any better. They helped us to hire a scooter, gave us directions and recommendations, and just in general could not fault them. This place is definitely worth the stay - they have recently undergone refurbishments and everything is up to such a high standard.

Room was clean, spacious and with excellent A/C. Location was right next to the Morning Alms Ceremony and less than 10 min away walking from the morning and night market.

Tom the manager is always around to help you. he took care of everything i needed. Motorbike, train tickets, airport pick-up, train station transfer. you wont find someone as kind and as helpful as him. Breakfast is good but simple. The room are spacious and the wifi works great
The bathroom would need a few upgrades but it was still amazing to have a closed shower with hot water

Tout était parfait. Grande chambre très propre, au calme. Le quartier est central, proche de tout. Le receptionniste, Tom, était au petits soins et nous a réservé des billets de train, des excursions... Un grand merci à lui!

we got a pretty big and nice room on the first floor with a balcony
there was also a fridge and a kettle in the room
the bathroom was really big and the shower was nice and hot
everything was clean and the bed was totally comfortable
we had breakfast included and they offered us different choices of eggs with bread and sausages, tea or coffee
we also got a lemonade and a fruit plate
everything was delicious
the staff is super friendly and helps you with all your needs
the villa is in the historic district and everything is in waking distance

Nous étions au 1er étage et les climatisations extérieures, fixees à côté de notre fenêtre, sont très bruyantes.
Petit déjeuner peu varié, mais très complet (pain, oeuf, fruits coupés, jus de fruits, café, thé, etc...).

La chambre est propre, dispose de la climatisation avec un ventilateur, la maison d'hôtes est très proche du centre, à seulement quelques minutes à pied, le personnel est serviable, surtout Tom, il nous a aidé à louer des motos et à réserver des billets de train, je le recommande vivement. maison d'hôtess

Perfect location, right in the hustle and bustle of Luangprabang old town. They also offer a taxi (or motorbike) service, which is extremely useful if you don't have a local taxi app.

La situation géographique proche du Mekong dans le beau quartier colonial
le balcon qui donne sur une cour défraichie donc on n'a pas envie d'en profiter ! dommage.
le système de ventilation de la salle de bain aurait besoin d un grand nettoyage.
et pour l autre chambre a 2 lits : la fenêtre sur le couloir traversé en permanence par les clients ou personnel.

Great stay! Tom is exceptional and will give you tips/help you organise anything! He's a great guy and the more you talk to him the more he opens up with suggestions and things to see/places to go. Even gave us some tips on Vietnam and a contact to help organise a Vietnam visa, and when we hired motorcycles he made the guy give me his proper helmet rather than the low-safety baseball helmets they try and give you. Highly highly recommend staying here

Ubicacion muy buena,cerca del río Mekong, la calle principal y muchos templos. Es muy limpio, personal muy amable te informan bien, puedes hacer excursiones desde hotel, muy buen desayuno a elegir, siempre jugo y fruta. Hay agua fresca te y cafe gratis todo el día.
Habitacion muy grande, nevera, TV., cama cómoda, enchufes junto cama, y muy buen wifi.
Quizás debería tener alguna zona más grande para estar. Pero me gusto todo, volvería a alojarme aquí.

Really enjoyed our stay here, not too pricey and the rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are so nice and helpful too. Great central location but not noisy at all. It's a great place for couples to stay.

A very good location, very good room witha very good air conditioning also they cook for your breakfast as soon as you order them. There is 1 kong size bed with another extra bed. Beds are soft makes it really comfortable to stay in bed with cold air con. Staff do speak English, and they offer you umbrella while it is raining without any hesitation, which i was impressed. Room rate are truly affordable and you would only walk a step or two to downtown and few step to mekong river.

The establishment is well located near the city center, night market, temples and tourist area.
the room is correct and clean but they have à bad soundproofing. It is possible to rent a motorbike for visit the region.
the accommodation could be well but they have a problem with the staffs. First, they almost never are present in their office, it is difficult to have good informations. Secondly it is worst, they are able to sell you a bus ticket three times the price pretending that it is the same price in all the city, which is entitely false.
