Amazing and kind staff; quiet, clean and comfortable room, lovely common and spacious areas with lots of green and plants and an inviting pool; great restaurant with nice view of the Nam Khan river and Phousi hill, good prices and varied and delicious food choices; spotless room and grounds; abundant and very good breakfast; shuttle service between hotel and old town in the morning and evenings.

I was not sure I liked the location first, as it is across the Nam Khan river, near the French bridge, and not in the old town, but I ended up liking it. The location provided an additional and more complete and realistic picture of Luang Prabang. The hotel offers free shuttle service with different times in the morning and the evening, and this was very good to visit the night market, have a night stroll around the old town or simply have dinner. You can also just cross the French bridge by foot and already be in the center of the city.

部屋が広くて､ソファがあったり、バルコニーがあったり、価格の割りに設備がいい。朝食が美味しい。レストランの雰囲気がいい。

ロケーション。隣りのバーがうるさい。街の中心まで橋を渡るので不便、というマイナスポイントがあるから価格が抑えられているかもしれない。

Eine tolle Unterkunft. Konnten uns dort auch direkt einen Motorroller ausleihen.

Buchung sollte im Vorfeld von der Kreditkarte abgebucht werden. Dies war leider nicht der Fall.

Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Direkter Zugang zum Pool. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet, gutes Essen. Erholsam.

Liegt etwas ungünstig. Nicht einfach auf die andere Flussseite zu kommen.

Super Lage, etwas abseits der Altstadt. Dafür authentische Garküchen und Restaurants in direkter Umgebung. Schöne Gartenanlage, umfangreiches Frühstück. Transfer zum Flughafen bereits inklusive.

We just had such a great stay here. This place had a wonderful, tranquil vibe with an authentic feel, lush gardens and perfect positioning within Luang Prabang. A short distance from downtown, easily walkable or they have a shuttle or free high quality bikes for use. The food is excellent. The service is top notch and we were made to feel so welcome. They remembered us when we came back a second time.

Not much to dislike about this place. Perhaps the pools could be larger. If they built a larger pool on the grassy area bordering the river I think this place would be literally perfect.

This is a lovely hotel, set near the river with views from the restaurant over the river. The "villa" which is really just a room was a little dark but comfortable and a nice place for a few days. The breakfast was very good and the choices were quite extensive, great coffee and a water station to refill bottles. Nice small pool just below the restaurant with comfortable beds but could benefit from some additional umbrellas.

The hotel is about 15 minutes walk into the town, they provide a shuttle service which was good and they also provide bikes. The bikes need a good maintenance, we took two and both had some problems (no gears that worked, clunky, poor brakes etc).

町中から少し離れているが、自転車の貸し出しもあるので特に不便はなく、むしろ静かで落ち着いた滞在となりました。

This is a lovely hotel, within 10-15 minutes walk from the city center, although they do have a free shuttle to take you downtown. Our room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Breakfasts are lovely, with a wide range of choices. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The staff very friendly, attentive and efficient. From reception to restaurant staff, they were exceptional. I was upgraded to a garden bungalow. Huge room, great views to the river. Efficient Aircon and lovely rustic antique feel to the bungalow. Very private.

Very little I didn't like. The WiFi wasn't strong in the bungalow and the TV a bit small for the room size. The adjustment of shower temperature was a long frustrating process. So, very minor issues.

This is a lovely little hotel just out of the town. The staff are absolutely lovely and very helpful. This is our second stay here and if we are back in Luang Prabang we will definitely come back. Great pool area.

Nice hotel as from the pictures. The staff was very helpful to arrange our stay and few tours and transport (Kuang Si Falls, Mekong cruise, train to Vientiane)

Location not great, to go to the main street and restaurants you need to cross the bamboo bridge or take a tuk tuk which has to do a big round (10-15 min)

absolutely nothing ! we did have a room by the private pool and there was some building work going on behind us that spoilt the tranquility. we were upgraded to a private bungalow when we mentioned that the noise was spoiling our tranquility as we’d planned a day of relaxing on site.

Really warm and attentive staff who were helpful throughout the stay. The hotel itself is quiet and tranquil and had great amenities. The location was a bit outside of the city, but they offered regular shuttle and there is also the possibility to walk, take a tuk tuk or boat. The hotel also helped book excursions and overall I was very happy with the stay.

The electrical outlets were old and didn't hold the plug. The air conditioner blew right on the bed.

Everything was great, had a very enjoyable stay here for 22 nights. I’m not usually the type to rave about staff maybe because I have never stayed at a hotel where they were so good, the managers Sam, Mr Tom & Santy (sorry if spelling is incorrect Santy 😂) were the nicest people you could wish to meet! They will help with anything which is a great comfort when travelling so far away. All the waiting on ladies were very polite & top egg cooking Madame chef at breakfast was lovely to talk to and always greeted me with a smile asking how I was. The hotel and grounds are kept spotlessly clean. Rooms are great sizes with comfortable beds & great air con & fans.
