Nice and quiet location, beautiful pool, friendly staff who are always willing to help. Free buggy to grand world where there are more restaurants and easier to get a bus / taxi from there. Overall relaxing stay.

Frühstück war sehr eintönig

Die Anlage ist sehr stilvoll angelegt und liegt schön eingebettet an der Bucht. Auch unser Zimmer mit Meerblick war sehr schön.

Die Leute an der Rezeption waren nett aber wenig hilfsbereit. Auf Nachfrage nach einer 2. Schlüsselkarte gab es ein Nein. Somit gab es im Zimmer keinerlei Strom, wenn wir nicht da waren. Die Klimaanlage lief dann nicht und ebensowenig der Kühlschrank. Wir hatten immer warme Getränke. Das Bad war eher unpraktisch gestaltet. Der Klorollenhalter war über dem Wc hinten angebracht Unserer Meinung nach sollte das geändert werden, das haben wir in Hotels mit weniger Sternen besser erlebt.

La piscine est incroyable, très grande, magnifique ! Par contre nous étions dans le bungalow familial et les lits n étaient pas du tout confortables, matelas très durs, draps tachés.Salle de bain avec une fuite...pour un resort à ce prix c est très décevant! Par contre le buffet du petit déjeuner est très varié et très bon. Le personnel est agréable et serviable.

The property is beautiful, the shacks on the beach are lovely and well kept. The lanterns really make the property special, alongside the staff who would go out of their way to help and are super friendly.

Toppen resort med pool precis vid stranden. Jätte fint pyntat med blommor o lampor överallt. Super trevlig personal som är grymma! Bästa resorten i detta område enligt oss.

Ligger lite of och finns bara 2 andra resort i närheten för att äta på så vi hyrde moppe och de funkade jätte bra. Okej mat, men kunde varit mycket bättre.

Forventet bedre fasiliteter på en avsidesliggende 4-stjerners resort, sett opp mot bildene og markedsføringen deres. Er ikke noe treningsrom, kun en tredemølle og en sykkel plassert i et hjørne ved siden av et par ødelagte biljardbord. Mat og service var ingenting å skryte av. Vi valgte å flytte resort etter 2 dager.

Poolen var ok - dog var der rigtig meget klor i, så man kunne kun bade lidt tid ad gangen.

På booking.com fremstår hotellet som et 4-stjernet hotel. Det er det ikke. Ved en google søgning står der at det er et-stjernet hotel, hvilket mere stemmer overens med virkeligheden. Stranden er beskidt og det er vandet også, fyldt med tang og plastik/affald. Alt i alt, en rigtig ærgerlig oplevelse. Vi havde booket 6 dage her, men valgte at tage et andet sted hen efter to dage.

Świetne, ciche miejsce. Idealne na wypoczynek. Bardzo kameralny hotel, w którym można czuć się bardzo komfortowo i nie anonimowo. Super personel. Bardzo przyjazny, uśmiechnięty i pomocny.

Nie było takich elementów. Jedyna lekka niedogodnością były drobne pomyłki w posiłkach: zamawiane ws dostarczone - ale dawało się tym zarządzić.

breakfast: food was tasty however the staffs gave us nasty attitudes when we order too much (according to them) .... meaning appetites, entrees and deserts instead of just one for each person in our 10 family members. I would not come back here comfort: the mattress was horrible, I feel like I was laying on cart boards.... so we didn't have very restful nights there

The sea view room is great, the sound of the sea and waves during the day was calming and soothing. It was very good for my mental well being. They were cleaning the room every day, bringing water and clean towels, and cleaning the floor, but they never changed the sheets within 5 nights that we stayed. The breakfast is included, food was ok, although not many options (choose from sandwiches, soup, noodles or pancakes) and a drink which were not good to my taste. They have a play room with American pool and ping pong table and 2 cardio machines. But the ping pong table is inaccessible, pool is old and the room was always super dirty with junk laying all around it. They offered a free 1 hour massage for 1 person for staying for 5 nights. Possible to rent motorbikes through them too. If you don’t want a bike, they offer a transportation to the nearest town (I understood it was free). Staff was friendly.

There is always a “but” after each relatively good thing: - cleaning is done, but not changing sheets - play room / gym is available, but dirty and old/used / inaccessible ping pong table - free massage, but the masseur was constantly breaking up to talk on the phone, or text, or do something with the kid nearby; did the message for 45 mins instead of 60, and then explicitly asked for a 100k tip (the price for the foot massage was 450k if I had to pay) - motorbikes yes, but the highest price on the island. We were previously in 2 other resorts that same month and they offered 150-180k for a motorbike, here it was 200k. - breakfast included, but food wasn’t too tasty and cold drinks were absolutely not good, basically just water with lots of sugar. - restaurant offers a huge menu, but food is actually mediocre. - the whole place looks very old and not really maintained well. - they give a wrong address so best is to find the resort on google maps by name and go there. When I tried to explain it, they tried to explain it back to me, but I still didn’t understand why they provided me with 2 completely different addresses via booking.com (and the correct one was on google and it was the 3rd address)

The property was silent and relaxing. The staff was very kind and warm. The hotel is a little bit far from the center but there is a free bus every 30min.

The property was infested with ANts and full to filth when we checked in. The staff was very rude.

The resort was right next to the beach and the bungalows were among greenery. The swimming pool was quite big and the area around it well decorated . The stuff was very helpful and accommodating.They also drove us back and forth to the city centre whenever we asked them to. Two of our friends tried the free massage and were quite satisfied .

With the exception of our first day there , the weather was horrible since there were strong winds and heavy rain. We couldn't swim in the sea, but the pool certainly made up for it. Being far away from everything is a major downside (unless of course you want to distance yourself from everything) and in combination with the bad weather meant that there was nothing to do there except for staying indoors. Another con was that there was no soap in the rooms and when we asked for some, we were told to use the toiletries provided. As for the cleaning ladies, I would say they were 'iconic' since they just went in and out our rooms without making the beds or cleaning 2 out of 3 days. The guys working at the reception should work on their English language skills. Pantomime and Google translate can be fun most of the times but also tiring!

The food is very good but the restaurant need to repair because the roof is leaking water when it rain.

Our stay was extremely comfortable and welcoming! The staff tried everything to make our stay as enjoyable as possible and the food at the restaurant was sooo good! Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t what we expected at all, but the accommodation really made our trip enjoyable and fun

Thanks to their scooter rental, the central part of the city was easily reached :)

The locality was pretty good, it was quiet and quite similar to the pictures on booking. Pool area and bungalows were pretty clean. Room service was also great.

Service of the staff during meal time was pretty chaotic. They seemed lazy and often forgot one of the ordered meals.

The fact that I paid for my drinks at lunchtime, and then they were added on my bill in the evening. I noticed, informed them, and it was sorted straight away. No harm done.
