Room features

Compared to other beach resorts in Batangas, Canyon Cove stands out as a great option to visit due to its spacious facilities, numerous food options, and even mini events that take place during visits.

In my opinion, the resort suffers from inadequate management and could greatly benefit from hiring a more experienced General Manager. During our visit on Holy Week, the resort was naturally crowded, but the staff was not properly trained to manage the long lines in the lobby area. This has been a recurring issue during my visits, indicating a lack of proper training for the staff and ultimately reflecting on the General Manager's inadequate management skills.

The place is too old and in badly need of renovation.

rooms dingy and needs updating bathroom needs upgrading staff were not friendly they seem to be all sad and frustrated not greeting or smiling only a handful and no wifi in rooms we have to go to lobby for it and its not really good

Some rooms utilities not working properly or not working at all (tv cable, hot water and bathroom choked drainage. I book 8 rooms, first they gave me 4 and the other rooms by installment. The booking confirmation from Booking.com takes times to verify, why?

Great emormous size swimming pool, water park, and spacious superior rooms.

Everything was almost perfect.

We stayed here 5 days after the Taal Volcano Eruption. So, when we got there, guests were only lime 5 families, and we almost made it as our "private resort". 🤣 Frontdesk personnel was very accommodating to our questions and concerns like their safe/emergency protocols just in case Taal erupts again. We never expected our room to be that BIG! WE WILL DEFINITELY RETURN BECAUSE OF OUR ROOM :) ...its design is very traditional/old but still class. DEFINITELY WE WILL BE BACK

Our concerns in our room were the ff: MOSQUITOES, AND NOT ENOUGH KITCHEN STUFFS / HOUSEWARES. But the hotel was very generous to provise our needs.. FREE BREAKFAST BUFFET. They food choices were limited ..maybe because of the small number of guests during our stay.
