Just relaxing and simple, sometimes.its best.
Nothing, I liked it as its cool, idiots wouldn't like it, breakfast is common sense, it's a place where the management place trust in the guests to not abuse it, you can cook your own food there if you want.

Use of kitchen. Washing machine and dryer. Brilliant for those of us that are on walking holidays .

Lovely location and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was very comfortable and had a great nights sleep. For the price with breakfast was unbeatable. would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Breakfast was fine, help yourself to toast, cereals and yoghurt.
Access to a resourced kitchen to prepare an evening meal was great.

The room was warm, but it is difficult to ventilate in a hot summer.

Everything was laid out perfectly to help ourselves and there was no pressure as to when to come down to take breakfast. Lovely garden to sit and relax. The room was spacious and so comfortable with an ensuite. It also had a TV with all the networks so we were able to catch up with Sky news.

A lovely warm welcome. Excellent facilities for a family group. Spotlessly clean and tidy. Central/convenient for the tourist sites in the locality.

Cath is very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble.
The bear on the bed is a great touch. Snooker room is a big bonus.
The mattress was a bit soft for us but that’s just personal preference
