Well located, helpful staff

if you coming for your stay with a big or more that one luggage be aware there are a long and narrow set of steps to get into reception and rooms

Location wise it is perfect. Immediate access to Av. Paulista, there's a mall nearby and plenty of places to eat. Staff was kind and the place was clean. Even not speaking much they accommodated to speak English as I was checking in. Staff was the best part of the stay.

Accessibility wise, it's not. The entrance is a long and narrow staircase with a door right in the middle. Like you have to stop and juggle with your luggage to open the door (or leave it below as you go up to open it and go back down and back up...) Not great at all. I cannot say if all the rooms are the same, but mine was really small with no windows. I think the windowless/smallest rooms could have a cheaper price. The toilet was uncomfortable to use. Clean bathroom, yes, but not comfortable at all to sit in there because of the lack of space. I will give it an average good score overall because if you are able bodied like me you'll manage to climb the stairs and open the door,, so giving it a bad one is discounting the kindness from the staff during my stay. But I have to write all of this for people who need special accessibility needs so they know this place has no accommodations.

Our reservation got lost in the system, but the staff was very flexible and helpful in getting the problem fixed. The young lady with the curly hair was especially sweet. The location was fantastic! Right on Ave Paulista and across the street from a mall. The breakfast buffet was good.

The rooms were tight. Also, try to get a room where the toilet and shower are separated otherwise everything gets soaked.

Lovely location right on Paulista Avenue and across the street from a mall with many options for food and shopping. There is also a 24-hour convivence store, pharmacy, and a laundromat within walking distance as well as a second mall and some attractions such as an art museum and the Japan House. I walked between the mall and the hotel several times at night and always felt safe. The front desk staff did not speak English but they were super friendly and the front desk was staffed 24/7. They also held my room key for me whenever I went out so I didn't have to worry about losing it. It was also very easy to call for Ubers right outside the hotel. Even though the temperature varied throughout my stay and I had one of the rooms without A/C, my room was also cool and I had several windows I could easily open for more airflow. They also gave me the softest blanket in the world that I very much miss.

There is two flights of stairs to get to the room, but they are very easy to climb. Being at a central location for the price, the room is understandably very compact which can be a surprise if you were not expecting it. The bathroom is a single room with a shower and toilet and the main bedroom has limited walking space. The bed was very firm which can be uncomfortable if you are use to more cushion. I asked for a second pillow during my stay and that made it much more comfortable. My only real complaint is that the sink's water pressure was very low.

They keep the luggage with no additional fair.

My friend ask for filtered water, they just sell water.

Super small room for the price. No fridge available even outside of the room. No utensils available in the room for eating lunch or dinner brought from the road, not even a small table to have lunch on. Ac don’t get cold enough.
