I had a reservation for two-bedroom apartment for 2 guests because twin bed room was not available (the two guests wanted separate beds). However, only one of the two bedrooms, and one of the two toilets were unlocked for use at first. It took some wrestling to get the frontdesk to unlock the second bedroom and toilet.

The location is great. A good selection of restaurants and supermarkets are within steps distance. The serviced apartment has got great connection to both Futian CBD and Nanshan/Shenzhen Bay. The room is in good size and in general quite clean, but my bathroom has got a hint of bad smell from the sewerage. Also, the first room I checked in smelled like cigarette butt... Hmmm, also on the day I checked, there’s a huge rat came out from the reception desk! 😱 The staff had been friendly and helpful. They have tried to make my 8-night stay as comfortable as possible. In short, I’d still recommend the property but the management company does need to keep it clean as much as possible.

Homelike feeling with a kitchenette complete with stove and hood, microwave, washing/dryer machine, crockery, a large fridge, etc.

I stayed here twice within 30 days. The first time I booked an Executive Studio Room. The second time I booked a Premier Studio Room. As it turned out, the 2 rooms were almost identical in layout, size and features. Why make the distinction? I expected Premier to be....premier but it wasn't. Felt cheated. In fact, the Executive Studio had a better walk-in wardrobe and even clothes drying pole at the balcony. Breakfast was pathetic. There was a very limited choice.
