beautifully decorated, gorgeous.

Very clean. Little extras, like homemade cakes and lots of choice of teas and coffees in room. Heating and air con.

The room was extremely stylish and than bigger than we had expected, as well as being extremely clean. The blueberry cake in our room was a lovely extra touch and went down extremely well with an afternoon cuppa. The complimentary Prosecco was a real unexpected treat too.
The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was outstanding and extremely good value for money. We can’t recommend Brocco on the Park enough and hope to return soon.

Location is good for bars and resteraunts
We stayed in the most expensive room, which was on the top floor. Room very noisy, pipes banging all night, you can hear the busy road all night. Despite turning taps to cold, the water was hot for about 2 minutes, in all taps until it goes cold… random! angled ceilings in the bathroom means you can’t stand up in most of the bathroom if you’re tall. There is no real bar or seating area for a relaxed drink

It was clearly well maintained and clean. The shower was lovely and easy to use. The bed was comfortable.

A 25 minute wait at reception to check in, regretted booking the hotel. Not worth the money.

The room was beautiful and clean. It was thoughtfully stocked with fresh water and fresh milk. All the toiletries are reusable and eco friendly.
The bed could have done with a mattress topper. Breakfast wasn’t included but we did visit the cafe for breakfast and it was very underwhelming to be honest.

Shame the restaurant was closed on the night I stayed would have been nice to dine in-house

All the staff were really helpful. The room was lovely, the egg chair was a cosy, fun reading nook and the homemade cookies were absolutely amazing.
The bed was a little firm for my preference

Restaurant disappointing. Room was small and too much stuff on every surface so no room to put belongings. Didn’t like labels on everything saying “please don’t take me away”

As ever the place is really friendly and clean the rooms are really good the little touches like the cake in the room when you arrive are fantastic. Although next to the main road the rooms are quiet and relaxing and having easy access to the park next door for a walk is great. You are right next to the nightlife of Eccy road if this is your thing.
On this occasion when it came to checking out there was no one on the desk and despite the staff in the restaurant acknowledging I was waiting I still had to wander through the restaurant and directly ask the staff after 5 minutes for someone to come to the desk. I have stayed here a few times and found this not the usual high standard.

The 2 staff we spoke to were excellent - really helpful. Let us park earlier and even got us an early check in! Also recommended a restaurant for us (mowgli) which was delicious. The Prosecco and cake were lovely. The bedroom was very modern - good shower, comfy bed, heater in the room etc.
The room was very very warm! But we just slept with the window open, not an issue really.

Booked hotel as part of a wedding party, room was nicely decorated and well appointed. Comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast (was an extra cost but worth it)
A bugbear for most hotels - please put mirrors near natural light sources/not under spotlights! Also the coffee machine etc is a lovely touch but somewhere to put belongings down rather than shuttling to and from the suitcase would be lovely
