Great place to relax and chill out

Nice garden, very quiet

It was outdated and a little moldy here and there. Garden and pool had a smell, which my 4-year old daughter described as “poo smell”. On arrival we asked for a later check out(15:00 instead of normal 13:00) and the staff said no problem. I checked the next day also and offered to pay to make sure we can stay since it is our childred nap time, but the staff said “dont worry, no problem you can stay!”. On the day we had to leave, the staff informed us around 11am that late check out is not possible anymore leaving us in the heat with two small children. Very unpleasant behaviour from them and it ruined the whole experince unfortunately. Breakfast had small portions and quality was not that great either.

The location is near from tanjung benoa water sport. The breakfast are good, and the staff are friendly and helpfull.

The breakfast was great, room was big and pool area was nice.

The bathroom needed a little TLC and the property is a little tucked away but this meant it was quiet and peaceful.

The staff is just great! They are very helpful, nice and friendly! The room was cleaned every time we went out. They prepare a good breakfast every morning and prices are very fair. Especially our son enjoyed the pool and we loved the jungle-like garden. It is calm but just a few minutes away from the Main Street in Benoa. Taxi Service was always easy and available and the rooms are spacious (enough for an extra mattress).

We would recommend an electric kettle in the room, even though we knew there wouldn’t be one. So it’s not really a dislike, we just realized it would had been convenient. A few things could use some redoing (for example in the bathroom) since it hadn’t been used for two years during Covid, but for the price it was absolutely fine.

Fantastic rooms surrounding the pool and garden - One of the places where you would talk to the other guests - should you wish. The staff was helpful and the restaurant food was good value. A lovely place to sit and relax. the beach was just across the road - a 5min walk.
