I had to settle the room service bill the instant food was delivered in my room.
I've never faced this demeaning and insulting behavior in any hotel anywhere in the world.
Were they expecting me to eat and run away with out paying?
If this is their experience with their guests, I must say they are a very substandard hotel and I should be worried about my safety in the place.
Never again will I stay here.

Stayed here for a week and the property offers a decent stay with good features that make it comfortable. The amenities, including the swimming pool and gym, were amazing!
Unfortunately, the experience was marred by the behavior of the staff, who were perceived as rude. There was confusion regarding the checkout time, with conflicting information given by staff members. It's essential for the staff to improve their communication and customer service to enhance the overall guest experience.

very rude staff, made us wait a long time even past the check-in time.... they don't even mention anywhere the snacks in the room aren't complimentary but its fine i guess because most hotels don't usually offer snacks.... room windows are not tinted at all, very open to the world... when i talked about this bad experience with my friends, they too seemed to have had a bad experience there...
The waiting time made me very angry and rude behaviour of the staff, they're so lethargic and irritating... no proper response.... the time to deliver water was almost half an hour.... asked while i was having my breakfast... never stepping into Turya ever again.

it is very good value for money. The place is easily accessible, rooms are spacious and stuff, very friendly. The breakfast buffet is good. There are south Indian and some continental dishes. toilets are clean.   Overall the amenities are good and it is good value for money.

It was a night stay (10hrs only) as we were moving to pondicherry in the morning. And to be honest, the hotel and the staff made even such a small stay memorable. Very courteous staff. Food was awesome. Breakfast was good. Tasty. Room was nice and big and comfy. And on top of that Prabhudeva was there for a shooting. It was nice.
We never heard of Turyaa, and booked based on booking.com reviews, and happy that we booked it.

Spacious Room, But Outdated Hotel, Beginning to loose it's Charm, Staff are soo slow even when there are 6 of them just standing at the reception desk, the work is soo slow! you just have to wait and wait and wait, i arrived at 6pm and was made to wait 30 minutes before alloting me a room, which was supposed to be ready by 2pm

Initially the reception desk person was very abrupt and was in a foul mood. Hotel transport - hiring car was overpriced.

For the money we paid the quality of stay was not good. they served same menu of breakfast for 3 days . We had to pay the whole amount at the checkin time itself.House keeping was not good.For the 5 star facility this is not upto mark.

Couteousness of The Staff & Reception Manager. Valet Drivers were too respectful, Even Washed my Car upon request.
FOOD WAS TOO OILY, Ordered Tomato Soup which was 50% Oil, Coudn't even Drink it. Also Breakfast Space was Inadequatre, Waited 15 Minutes before I was Seated, While we were eating they removed food & Shutdown Lights. Not a Decent way to do things.

The rooms and facilities were good with amazing location advantage. The view from the terrace and pool is something you should not miss. I hardly stayed for less than 14 hours and would definitely come back for my next future visit. My personal thanks to staff ( in particular Kumaran) for their services and hospitality.
More signage on lobby and lifts for first time visitor to understand the movement and restrictions.
Better Chef to cook South indian items.

The location of the hotel is close to most places. The restaurant serves an amazing variety of food which caters to a variety of tastes. The restaurant and housekeeping staff are excellent. The rooms are well maintained and very clean.
The front office staff during check-in were quite rude.
The in-room dining is quite slow.
They couldn't convert the twin beds to a double bed in one of our rooms.

Worst breakfast and service. Live counter was just name sake and when we order we are treated like beggers. Making us wait for like 30 mins for an omlette or a dosa. Food is not refilled. No service.
Didnt like anything. As small as asked the server where is the handwash and the reply was go out and find out yourself. Totally not acceptable

Excellent location n affordable. Comfortable n flexible. Very flexible n comfortable. Good amenities. Worth for the money.
The bathroom door was horrible design. You can see the bathroom from your main hall. This must change. Terrace pool was not working when I stayed.
