Well, the best was location and breakfast variety. The sport club swimming pool is outdoor and from leve 18 so the view is awesome. Beside that i like that they have billiard in sport club. Thats a + for them.

The room slightly tight. For 2 persons would be really tight as the space lost in entrance. Almost 5 M lost as entrance to room. and lobby is not as 5 stars hotle suppose to be. Quite narrow and took line shape. Beside that what i didnt like is that tennis and billiard are outside door. It is quite HOT.

The layout of the washroom is weird, the marble top has no space for my make up bags, tooth brush and etc.

very central location. MRT a few minutes walking distance away. Akira Back restaurant was amazing and worth coming back for alone. The Executive lounge is worth value. the service from Hazel and Gwenda was beyond attentive and amazing. they remembered your name and what you drank and always greeted you so warmly. I would definitely stay at this fabulous hotel again.

the only thing I would have liked was a power point in the bathroom.

Great executive lounge (it is worth getting access to this)! Beautiful pool and gym.

More local, hawkers-style restaurants close by. Better maps on how to get around through underground walkway system

Great design, facilities and proximity to restaurants, shopping and other tourist activities. Lovely staff and I had a fabulous massage in the day spa.

We were given a room on the third floor which was very dark and small. Whilst the pool complex was visually stunning, it was a little cold.

Hotel's interior design was excellent .. it reflected the city's modernity. Breakfast place was excellent and offered too many options. Location is excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool at the 18th floor was ANOTHER THING!!! A must see!
