My stay at Mecure Hotel was really good. We had gone mainly for our visa work The Vfs office was hardly 5 mins away. Locationwise perfect. Rooms are big and the services was A class. The staff was really helpful and friendly. I would take this oppertunity to mention the name of Noor whose hospitality I liked the most. Breakfast was excellent and had a wide spread. The rooftop restaurant is also good. Definately would recomend to stay at this property.

We stayed here for one night in January 2024 and had made online booking for a room with Lake facing. We were on a holiday.
LOCATION:
Autos are the best public transportation and practically we experienced no auto driver knew of this hotel and its location. Continuous use of Google map was required.
RECEPTION:
The reception area is small and as a result, while we were waiting for check-in formalities to be completed, we were asked to sit on a table meant for bakery products sales counter.
STAFF:
We had a feeling that the majority of staff at reception looked under training staff – though courteous, had little experience for fast check-in and guiding tourists about various tourist spots, directions and approximate cost of transport. Guests have to depend on Uber booking to get to desired tourist attractions, but there are places like Charminar area where possibly no Uber car will venture to enter due to congestion of vehicle and pedestrians traffic.
ROOMS:
Rooms are decent in size with comfortable beds and bathrooms.
ROOM RATES:
We booked this hotel in preference over Taj’s Krishna even though rate at Mercure was higher than Taj Krishna. We booked based on our experience of staying Accor group’s Mercure hotel in Spain and Australia. We were highly disappointed.

Appreciate services of the team @ the hotel, very friendly, trying to go extra miles in supporting the guests. They deserve a round of applause for being guest friendly team. I will surely use this hotel if ever I travel to the destination again.
Linen is worn out completely, hotel needs to urgently look at that to maintain their standards, HK needs to verify room cleanliness as I found a used mug from previous guest behind the curtain.

Only issue was that i found the room too cold and i could nt turn down/ off the AC.

Breakfast selection was brilliant. The omelette stall and Dosa/Parathas were our favourites. Very pleased with the staff overall. The front office staff were very polite, helpful, especially Arnak and Srishti. The General manager Parag was exceptionally caring.
A swimming pool presence would have been nice. Bar facilities on the 12th floor could be improved.

I came in to Hyderabad for a for a surgery. The service from every single staff from the manager to their drivers were so heart warming and exceptionally pleasant the entire time. I left feeling overwhelmed with care and concern and I have made two smartest decisions of my year, one to do surgery in Hyderabad. Two, to stay here. Worth every penny and more.

I had booked the room for 3 nights but had to leave suddenly after 2 nights due to an emergency. Booking was on a "no cancellation" basis through booking. Com. Despite that, the front office Manager was understanding and kind enough to not charge me for the third night. The ability to take discretionary decisions and be empathetic to your customers is what service is all about.
Room service could have been much better. Even after telling them what to bring , they kept forgetting and had to go back and forth 3 times just to complete a simple order. This means they are disorganised, no one is listening and no one is bothered. There is no system in place to double check if the right order is being served. Someone takes the order, someone else receives it in the backend, some else prepares it, someone else puts it together on a tray and yet some one else brings it. No one talks to each other. No one cares a dam to check with the person who took the order, whether everything on the tray is there , which the customer ordered? This smacks of inefficiency, carelessness and stupidity and needs to be corrected.
