I really liked the breakfast spread. There were always people around to help you with everything right form the Security person near the entrance to the house keeping folks. The reception desk was also very helpful.

The room service can be better. there was an incident where i requested for a dental kit using the express service option on the phone but had to follow up after 10-15 minutes and found that the earlier person did not record my request

It was a perfect stay. The staff hotel and staff were great. The breakfast was one of the best I've experienced.

very clean, staff very helpful especially Megha provided outstanding service with flexible check in and check out . she checked on us regularly to make sure we were comfortable in the hotel.

in the buffet restaurant for both breakfast and lunch , the veg and non veg food are on the same table . it is difficult for senior citizens to keep finding which are the veg options in each area.

1. early morning (5:00 am) receptionist failed to extend my stay even after requesting few times. my access card stopped working in the elevator and then I had to request again to a different receptionist to extend, which he helped. 2. someone drove the car so fast near the valet parking and none of the Westin staff responded or even asked if we are hurt. we asked the Westin staff to stop their car and question. the Westin staff simply smiled at us and welcomed. it was very uncomfortable and I don’t think I or my team from USA will never stay on Westin again.

Hotel is new

Very poor service. Room service took 2 hours. They will highly oblige you giving 3 pieces of cookies if you show displeasure on poor services. On my complain, I was offered a cup of tea to compensate their attitude

The destination is extraordinary, so luxurious, awfully well satisfied with the service and more... I really enjoyed to the fullest, it takes me to the other world of experience... Glee!!!!!!

It would be more convenient when provided with oven in the room....
