Very compact rooms . we have demanded for all Twin bed rooms but haven’t got any. Bath Towel and other things also provided considering single occupancy while we have booked for double occupancy. Breakfast was served cold

The food services that they offered is not what I expected. They should change the management of the buffet or cafeteria facility. They should clean the eating utensils, water pitcher, equipment, glass, cups, etc. It's not what I anticipated from the picture or brochure. The staff are very welcoming and professional. The room designs and color elements are fantastic. But the cafeteria, buffets, and food services are gross or untidy. It's not clean, to be honest. They served the same foods every day. Maybe they should change who managed the cafeteria or food services. Very dirty. It's not like you're in a hotel, it's like you're outside the far-flung areas or eatery shops. I been to this place before. Nice place to crash for a couple of nights. Rooms are bit smaller so if you are someone who is staying in the room you may feel bit claustrophobic.Have improved much on the cleanliness and hospitality. Now providing necessary toiletries.

Comfortable beds, nice restaurant

No security at all. Anyone can enter in hotel rooms, no one asks if they have bookings, no one validates bookings. From the ground floor you may directly enter the elevator and in rooms without visiting reception, and from parking, you may directly enter the elevator and knock on any random doors. No security. And, no closet in rooms
