Ojalá el bar/restaurant pudiera haber cerrado un poco más tarde. Mucha gente que llega a Hyderabad va por negocios y llega de fábricas muy tarde. Extrañe un lugar donde poder comer algo llegando.

Firstly, I booked this hotel as its nearby to airdrop and that was the main reason but when I checked in Isha manager responsible for many things gave me a complimentary premium lounge access the staff was very courteous in the lounge they served cocktails beers n whiskey I was awestruck at the fast service by the staff they were very friendly and asked me every ten minutes if am fine with the service or not they even bought me fresh corn salad which was complimentary I will recommend Novotel airport to anyone who wants to stay here and I thank Dinesh n isha for the hospitality. Thank you so much will surely book n stay at this hotel

The breakfast options in South Indian dishes could be better

The staff, food and location is wonderful.

The room was uncomfortable, the ac had an issue, it was pricey and I felt not worth for the money I spent.

Staff's behavior is not good. I spent around 70000 for one day. But almost staff (including managers) behaving like government officers. Never tolerate this type of behavior. I think they have huge business from the airport, so they are thinking like this

Overall experience

Staff's attitude is not good for the hospitality business. I have never seen any smiling face inside your property.

If you are flying out of HYD on any given morning, this is THE place to stay the night before your flight. It is super close to the airport, offers a free shuttle, and has great facilities. Their breakfast is really great and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

VIP was in hotel and we with kids also not allowed to enter hotel. hotel didn't make any facility for taking guests inside. Along with luggage we were made to carry from road with koflds and family. That too very late in night. We normally stay in aerocity near airport for late entry or early flight etc..But the hotel did not have proper facility. it was totally unexpected. Guests cannot be made to wait outside at 10 in night with kids.
