Well located - just in the middle of Puerto Del Carmen with many facilities, restaurants and shops around. The owner was very friendly and helpful it also left for us some welcoming drinks and snacks we really appreciated it! Also he provided us some suggestions regarding restaurants which we found helpful and very good! We really loved our stay!! Thank you again - we will definitely be back!

Excellent communication with the owner from start to finish. The little treats and extras that were left for us were most appreciated. Answered any questions we had instantly and nothing was too much trouble. We felt that he genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay.

La zona perfetta per noi, dopo una breve passeggiata si arriva giù al mare e nella zona super affollata, la casa è molto carina camera con letto abbastanza piccolo alla francese e armadio con bisogno di rinnovo, bagno piccolo con doccia, sala/cucina con elettrodomestici base, super comodo uscire dalla porta di casa e trovarsi in piscina anche se l'acqua troppo fresca a gennaio, ma purtroppo poca privacy! Le porte di tutta casa andrebbero cambiate sono in legno datato e non chiudono bene, comunque è stato un bel soggiorno!

We liked the location of the property and the fact that the apartment had all the facilities we needed. Joan was an excellent host, picking us up from the airport and arranging a taxi for the return transfer.

Die Anlage ist sehr zentral und man erreicht zu Fuß jegliche Strände und Bars. Obwohl die Unterkunft an einer Hauptstraße liegt, ist sie dennoch ruhig und abgegrenzt. Parkplätze findet man unmittelbar in der kleinen Nebenstraße. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und wird täglich gereinigt. Joan, der Host, ist ein fantastischer Mensch und Gastgeber der stets bemüht ist , allen Gästen alles recht zu machen. Der Preis stimmt hier auch. Alles war super sauber und frisch gewaschen. Handtücher sind inbegriffen.
Kaffe war vorhanden. Sogar Schirme und Handtücher für den Strand 🏖️ waren im Apartment. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Maria&Boris

The apartment was spacious and it’s very clean.It had everything we needed.
The location because it was in two main streets and it’s very noisy specially when we were sunbathing . The sunbeds were very old and they were broken. In the afternoon visitors kids were very noisy and it was difficult to relax.

Absolutely loved our stay at Apartamentos LIAMAR! The pool was cleaned super regularly which was great and it was quiet and very relaxing. We had a great outdoor space and the host Joan was so friendly and welcoming.
Can’t think of anything we didn’t like! It is a great place and would definitely return.

Very well kept peaceful apartment complex. Felt safe & secure. The pool & grounds were cleaned daily. The bungalows were well equipped, but some basics like chopping boards & veg peelers missing. But it was no big deal as we only ate insitu for breakfast or lunch. If we had any problems Joan was on hand to offer a solution.
One negative would be that a number of the sunloungers were cracked due to frequent use or damage from the sun which can't be avoided. But it would be ideal if these were upgraded as well as with the room fans, as one was outdated. But an alternative was provided.

Joan is a great host! everything was explained before arrival. the apartment was very clean, everything needed was there. the pool by the apartment was a great alternative to sunbathing by the ocean due to the wind and waves. I highly recommend.

from speaking with Joan, arriving to the property everything was excellent, good value for money, Joan was very helpful with anything we needed, and property is within walking distance to everything.

The property was in a nice quiet location but handy enough to get to both the old town and the new town. The apartment was of a high standard, it was small but very comfortable and was well equipped with everything you need. The bottle of Prosecco and the beers in the fridge was a nice touch by Joan our host. The complex itself was in a very good condition and is maintained daily.

They were doing work in the apartment next door so it was very noisy at times, Joan did apologize to us for this and tried to keep it at a minimum

The apartment was very clean and well
equipped with a fantastic location. Beds and pillows were so comfy. The pool area was immaculate and always got a sun bed very quiet. supermarkets within 1 min walk

have been a safe and air conditioning however this didn’t ruin our stay thank you Joan for being the perfect host.

We stayed in apartment Liamar for 2 days and it was great.
The location of the apartment is excellent, close to the center, cafes, market, pharmacy..., the apartment is clean and smells nice. Parking is right next to the apartment and there was always a place to park. It is a safe closed area so that no one can enter the courtyard with the pool except you who are staying in the apartment.
The host Joan is a very pleasant and warm host.
I recommend the apartments to everyone who wants great accommodation at a great price.

the apartment was enough big, very comfortable and very silent. it has an outside space right in front of the pool. pool and vegetation all around were very good curated.
actually, the bathroom wasn’t as good as the other rooms. the shower wasn’t that good and there were not any window in it.
