Great location with very relaxed vibe

I would definitely recommend getting one of the huts with air conditioning during the hotter times of the year as I found the huts with fan only too hot

Loved the peaceful location, simplicity, silence, places nearby as there is no food available in the property. Host Alstid is very very kind, friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this place for a peaceful staycation with strong wifi connection

Location of the property is excellent. It has a great sea view. It's well maintaned and clean. Alstid is great host and is always available for any help. He arranged and bike and cab for us. Apart from balcony, there is a common sit out area which is lovely to spend some time.

Expect the place to charm you the moment you see the cosy colorful huts facing the sea. Wake up to the chirping of birds and lazy around with a book (they have multi-lingual collection) before you walk down to Palolem or Patnem beaches which are a 5 min walk in either direction. The host, Alsted, has great suggestions for dining options and activities around the place. Ashok restaurant, Kala Bahia, Cozy Nook and Art Resort cafe are some places serving good food and chill vibes.

The property was awesome. Loved the beach view from room. Worth the money spent.

I loved the stay as whole. But would suggest to provide breakfast and morning tea/coffee.

Alstid is the perfect host! He’s figured out life in Goa and has set up four beautiful cottages by the bay. A scenic view, comfortable rooms and lots of fun is what is in store for you if you plan on staying here.. We took the non AC cottage. At night, it got quite chilly. Rooms are equipped with everything you’ll need during your stay. Alstid will tell you all the lesser known places and eateries you should definitely check out. He’s super friendly, one should definitely have a drink with him when you’re there. If you’re looking for a calm, peaceful, chill place then go for La Rocha without any second thoughts. We’re definitely going to come back again!!

Sea view is at its best and Host is very friendly Plus he gives local tips to travel and spill the secrets of hidden beaches to visit them all.

Perfect location. Very quiet. Short walk to either Patnem or Palolem beach. Very helpful owner. Lovely cleaning lady. Would definitely return. Communal fridge and free drinking water.

Beach house. Big clean comfortable with warm water. Nice and very helpful host. Close to two beaches, Palolem and Patnem about 7min walk. The big advantage of the house is its location on a quiet bay so you don't hear noise from nearby clubs and restaurants. I would recommend!
