Everything was great.location is amazing.view is expectional.room was so clean.stuff were cheerful , helpful,and respectful.they helped me in everything I asked for.great thankful to all especially Mr.moh Hussein.food is great.actually I enjoyed my trip and will be my favorite place every trip.. recommend it strongly..regards

-The hotel is pet friendly & they let your pets stay with you in the hotel room. -The receptionists & the room service personnel were friendly & welcoming. -Although a family room was booked, they split us into two rooms (one with Sea view) without any additional cost. -The hotel is within a walking distance to several restaurants & supermarkets. -The beach area was not crowded with people & had a nice view with yachts & boats. -Free parking slots are available in front of the hotel. -They bake good Egyptian Croissants for Breakfast. -The mattresses & pillows were very comfortable & rooms were equipped with good Air Conditioning. -Overall the hotel is considered good value for the paid money.

-The quality of breakfast is somehow below average. -No much variety of TV channels & many of the channels were hazy. -There are some construction work in-front of the hotel that make some noise during the day. -You need to cross the street to reach to the beach area. -In one night, there was too much noise & loud music coming from the hotel’s disco after 2 am.

The room is clean and the AC is working good and the location of the hotel is amazing

The bech is not private any one can buy a ticket and join so it was very crowded and not clean so i could not find seats most of the time.

Everything was excellent, especially the helpful Syrian woman at the reception, very nice and helpful, really made sure that everything was good and took care of the guests.

it was a 5 minute walk from the beach and a 5 minute ride from multiple restaurants. perfect location.

The staff was very bad, especially the receptionist Ekeamy He didn't know how to treat the guests, and he didn't accept our entrance without checking the room kye , he didn't know that we are in the same hotel and that we can know each others, one night me and one gest met outside the hotel and come back together, ge didn't accept us for entrance without seeing our keys, if he didn't know the guests or how to treat them politely not stay in the reception. Was very bad experience.
