I booked online. When i arrived the place was disgusting. It was dirty and unkept. I could not stay there. I had to book somewhere else.. I am still waiting for my total refund

There is not reception just one person with friends smoking and proposing for a drugs and one of them asked for one of the our beers . The real owner came 30 after from out side with his dinner to give us the room. The toilet seat was with a hole . Toilet paper just for one time. The shower bath dirty. No soap The real address is one kilometer away so I spent time trying to find the real one. I felt unsafe in that place and I scape to another booking place

I didn't stay I look a different place I leave the same day.

The room wasn't clean on it had a funny sense and the stuff wasn't nice I saying something about the room and the stuff going to say are you staying are what. Stuff must know how to talk to a guest.
