Service in the restauurant and bar. Very nice

It’s quite dirty unfortunately we had a big problems with clean linen we had to ask couple of time to change them for us and unfortunately not everybody had a sun beds becouse they didn’t have enough for all the people. We were overcharge for no reason - we suppose to pay difrent price according to booking they charge us much more. The quality of the food was going down with every week.

Fijn verblijf gehad met upgrade naar kamer met zeezicht (zeker de moeite waard!). Heel vriendelijk personeel, we hebben onze laatste dagen na het rondreizen in Sri Lanka heerlijk kunnen relaxen in dit hotel. Voor de deur van het hotel staan tuktuks klaar om je voor een hele goede prijs rond te brengen.

Lakens en handdoeken waren helaas niet altijd even schoon.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. The beach view from my room was simply breathtaking, and I loved the easy access to the beach right from the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate my requests, such as arranging to-go meals for a day trip. The room was well maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. And to top it all off, the dinner buffets were delicious, with a wide variety of Sri Lankan dishes to choose from. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable beach getaway.

Despite being located by a train track, I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't hear any noise during my stay at this hotel.

The 50 m pool , Beach front, spacious room with large beds, TV those are the facts where we were delighted ..

There was a issue in AC . It was not working

The room is so big, but they are not in the position to provide enough AC and are super hot during the night. The breakfast was average, and I was expecting more as I was under the impression Jetwing hotel chain was operating. Still, I'm sad to inform you that most of the place's cost-cutting has been implemented, impacting the clients.

Room Air Conditioning and there is no management person to speak to and correct these issues promptly. Also, when we tried to talk with any senior management, they were not in a position to come up and speak with us, but finally, F & B manager was kind enough to at least listen to the issue. Due to the bad management, the staff was helpless, which needed to escalate to top management. Also surprising to me, there is no Duty Manager on duty.

AC is not working, bathroom showers are not properly working.

The beach was nice. Hotel changed our room on request to a room with a working aircon.

Room was not clean and air con not working. The triple room we booked was so small and the hotel cramped three beds into it :(

The pool and the service from the pool bar was very good.

Staffs are unprofessional in the room service I ordered a club sandwich and the staff was very unprofessional and cut the phone in my ears,kind of these staff musnt be on this kind of property jetwing is very good property but kind of these staffs management must take a action.
